okay im an idiot, didnt read all of the friggin email, was too excited about where i was assigned. So have we come to a conclusion as to whether or not the 2 teams will work together? because it seems the PM would like us to work just as the individual teams. I guess thats why they set up personal access logins so we can keep the info gathered to just us. where as, if we were to have Cosa Nostra and FBI sections, nobody would be locked out of them here.
personally i think we should work just under those forums they will provide, though i dont see any harm in telling what team we are on....

I got two emails as well.

I don't think we're supposed to work together folks, because I've just found out that the two teams (if there are only two) are the FBI team and the Cosa Nostra (aka Mafia) team.

For some bizarre reason, I have a hunch that those two are not meant to be the best of friends.

There are 3 threads which makes it even harder to scan. Smile
The ARG seems to be connected with this movie

The link for that movie isn't in this thread....so if this is the official thread it belongs here and I was answering someone's question. Cool

If I may add some info..

Yes it comes from the American trap movie. Is a movie made in Quebec so this "investigation" would be in fact to help learning more about the story around this movie. I've watched an interview in french today about the instigator of all this, Geneviève Cardin. Supposed to last 5 weeks, 1 mission per week, plus one final mission for the team that makes more points. There is 2 teams (Cosa Nostra and FBI) and a third team which would be the "witnesses". Those last ones can still register on the Rivard project website throughout the game. She also says in the interview that the fastest the missions are completed, the more points you get. The reason why we are teams is because some stuff is hidden in different cities and because it's half french half english and will need everyone collaboration.

I hope I did not forget anything...

Considering almost everybody has announced their affiliations already, I hardly think it matters.

There's probably a better definition somewhere on here, but basically trouting is a friendly way of saying someone has said something already. It is not an offensive term, and should be used as part of the team play we have on here (generally, although maybe not on TRP Shocked ).

BTW the example above probably isn't correct, as Waitress responded to your question, rather than presenting it as new info.

Also Vecheso, you can edit your posts to add more info, rather than adding further posts. It's kinda considered poor form to do multiple posts, I'm not sure why.

I'll get off the platform now...resume play!
