So are those of us not in Montreal SOL?

Well it *is* in English; I don't think that Montreal is a necessity.

The Montreal entry looks like a dead drop (thebruce: how many dead drops in Canada you up for? Razz ). I'm willing to bet that they've arranged it so that each team has *somebody* within range of dead drops, if any.

The other Latitude/longitude is in Paris, and I'm not sure what that refers to yet (the crosshair's in the middle of the street).

welcome grafven btw. I dont think it is exclusive at all. I dont know how much of it will be swag or whatever, but from the first set of questions, it seems that anywhere you might 'actually' have to go in person to get something, it seems to be based in Canada, just my idea

Thanks Vecheeso!

So how is everyone doing on the questions? I have 2, 4 (locked) and 7 (not sure but think I'm zeroed in.)

Alot of these are putting my contention that Google has the answer for everything to the test.

Agree on keeping the answers private for now at least.

Interesting thing just happened, got a call from an unknown number on my cell, which hardly ever happens... anyway, a woman was on the other end and sounded kinda strange and was asking for my name.

I dont have time for BS and so I directly asked what the call was about... didnt get an answer, so I hung up. I'm now thinking it couldve been a part of the ARG.

Anyone else get a weird call like that recently or am I reading too much into a simple phone call?

Most likely. Embarassed

Still, that she knew my name set something off after I hung up. You're right though, I'm probably getting to deep into it.

Question update:
2,3,4,5,7 (locked)
Have a hunch on 1, but no clue as to the second part.
6 I'm having trouble with, searching for one particular image will be tough.
10 I have an idea, and fits with 8 letters, but its not zeroed in.

Edit: Just worked out 3 Wink

Try a web translator... it helps Razz I do it the other way around (english to french). It helps understanding. Try this one maybe:

http://www.reverso.net/text_translation.asp?lang=FR&action=new

And i'm almost sure, Cosa Nostra and FBI has the same questions...

Q10 could be Bastille (if they're being pretty general).. or ...

i did find this:

DNRED (Direction Nationale
du Renseignement et des
Enquêtes Douanières)
Cellule anti-contrefaçon
18, rue de Charonne
75011 PARIS
Tél. 01 49 23 38 28
Télécopie : 01 49 23 38 95

not sure how to make that 8 letters though.

ETA: oooooo there is a cafe at
13 rue de Charonne called
Chez Paul
but i think it may be a few numbers down from where the exact lat/long are pointing.
