 		Big problem with your avatar. The file size is 500K (uF requests that you limit file sizes to only 20K). Can you please find a smaller version or one less animated?

 		Looks like it was ripped from a music video for a alternative industrial rock/metal group. Something like Marylin Manson or Aphex Twin, they have freaky videos.
