No, this does not describe the Mist's ending. The Mist's ending was the most phenomenal, unexpected, ironical, and disturbing ending I've ever seen in a movie. AMAZING ending, mediocre acting, good focus on character, I have a slight grudge against one of the CGI scenes(the 1st in the store) ****outof*****

And I though Thing was a good movie Crying or Very sad

Agreed ... Very much a Shakespearian tragedy, very disturbing, especially having kids that age. I can honestly say I have not had such a visceral reaction to a movie scene in a long time

Anyone else think it's funny that the most talked-about part of the movie is the part NOT written by Stephen King?

well the ending was very unexpected and controversial. King loves it, and i can understand the need to change it. the original was very open ended, great for the book, and even though i can still appreciate that in a movie, most probably woudn't. people would be talking sequels if it didn't end hard like that.

Loved that part though, i sat right up in my seat and went "OHHH MAAAANNNNN!!!!". hahaha

I just saw it 5 minutes ago... I'm kind of speechless...
great ending, but i really feel like [excrement] right now... I did like the Dark Tower poster he was painting at the beginning, and finding out he made movie posters is a nice little foreshadow... All in all amazing movie, really easy to get sucked in emotionally
