MissingTeddyHanssen has posted a reply to the latest TIDO post.

That's what I thought. You're pathetic. And if you think I'm giving up on my brother you're stupider than I gave you credit for. Anyone who's tired of being lied to should come to my blog. We have to stick together. There are more people out there affected by this. I can't be the only one.

And I found this blog:

http://missingteddyhanssen.blogspot.com/

That blog is a very nice find, I think it deserves a new topic.

Thanks. I started a new one Smile

I didn't want to be one of those people who starts a new topic on her first post and then gets yelled at for it being stupid and/or pointing out something that already has been mentioned. Haha.

No, the whistle blower worked in Tag HQ, where the Slusho merchandise and the company mail room were located. Had to be in order to both aquire the documents he had and have opportunity to ship them to americans.

Teddy was on the Chuai station, and while they probably had mail room there for the employees to send stuff out to thier loved ones and for officuial documents, the merchandise from the website wouldn't be sent out from there.

(If you think they may have put a warehouse and the admin personel a merchandising operation would require on an "oil" platform, remember a) less unneccasary employees on Chuai = less people w/ access to their secret and B) Putting that kind of operation on a sea platform is prohibitively expensive, considering the extra expense of shipping stuff to/from there and that all the employees on a platform would be getting danger pay)

Because that would be the only place where he had access to:
A) The corporate mailroom
B) The company store
C) Executive level memos and information

Remember, he snuck his clues out to people who had e-mail and merchandise contact with the company HQ. He wouldnt have access to any of the above from Chuai.

Remember the lockdown on communication when the DSI was sent to Jaime? No one would have been able to send out info after that except either an executive who was otherwise above approach*, or a mailroom peon who noone would notice.

*hmm.. Kinshin's dad or Ganu's brother? [pure speculation]

I had already posted this comment in the past page.

It was never stated where Teddy was located, Country, or Company. I dont think Teddy was on the Chui station because I really cant see Teddy asking someone that works for Tagruato in the slusho dist. warehouse to send out a hat to someone (Jamie), oh and make sure to put this tape recorder with tape in there, oh yeah also dont forget the primary evidence.... errr seabed nectar as well. He would have had to send that package out hiself discreetly as to not get busted.

You think teddy wasnt on the chaui station. He sure was on a station, he told jamie in the taperecorded message. He didnt mention Chaui, but its that station most likely.

He stated he was on the station in his tape. Any company site would likely have some merchandise for the employees, (heck, they probably all get a slusho hat and t-shirt on signing up and had a slusho machine in the cafeteria, it is the companies method for controlling its employees) and the DSN came from the station.

It was immediately after he shipped that stuff out (& they discovered the DSN was missing) that Tag locked down the station, confined everyone on the station to thier quarters when they werent working, and forbid anything mailed out without it being reviewed by a security exec. Before the lockdown it would have been just a matter of running it through the stations mail room, telling them he was sending a slusho hat to his GF for christmas.

So yeah, Teddy was on the station and did his James Bond thing there, while working undercover.

Even if thats so. I doubt with all the SBN they have to supply the whole world they wouldnt notice not even half of a ziplock bag worth of it missing.

i don't know if anyone has said this, but Tag is heavily involved in oil drilling, so this tanker could have been full of gas. Maybe it crashed, was ignited after the news camera footage, then when they were on the roof BOOM!

*pounds head on desk*

Yes, Tag is an oil company primarily, but part of the big secret of the Chuai station (the drilling station closest to NY) is that there was no oil being drilled there.

Yes between the first and second view of the tanker it catches on fire, but it is not the source of the fireball seen from Rob's roof since that explosion was centered on NY City Hall which is a mile inland. See the rest of this thread for the evidence.

The correct answer was SUPERTANKER - which is what you see blowing up in the photo. You can see the burning Tagruato ship up close later in the movie as Rob and his friends cross the Brooklyn Bridge.

The pic was the explosion they seen on the top of robs building. So yeah you still have no solid evidence in this thread as to say it wasnt the tanker.

Cloverfieldclues is a fan site, not IG. My evidence is solid.
It can't be the tanker because of the explosion's location.
If you watch the video or study the screenshot the explosion clearly occurs inland. The Municipal Building is BEHIND the explosion, and the Woolworth Building is immediately in front of it.

That gives us the exact location of the explosion, this is a point in Manhatten approximately 1 mile inland.

Both views of the tanker (before and after) show it in the water.
So before you can claim the explosion was the tanker, you need to explain how a ship travelled a mile inland, exploded, then moved back to the bay while on fire and capsized.

There is no evidence the explosion was the tanker, and all the evidence it was not. Any assertion that it was the tanker needs to explain the above inconsistancy or be rejected out of hand.

where's teddy

ok so if this find teddy hansen thing is a wheres waldo game, and the person that found him (if that is him) before this part of the game really starts... i dunno. i think that the missing poster is a red herring for something else, maybe just to let us know it is starting back up again? or is it that everything has to be really looked at closely, not at face value to get you pointed in the right direction? (and yes i'm newer to this type of rpg, so sorry if this sounds silly)

This is IG. Why? Because its a great diversion. We know blogs aren't reliable. But a Tidowave POST (non-comment) is IG. Have we ever CONFIRMED myspace stuff? Nope. This all leads to cloverfieldfiles.com starting on the DVD release date. In the end, we might determine its OOG. When it was reality, IG.

Welcome to "them" playing "us". They know how hardcore we are. Why do you think they had to post a pic from the Chaui video on 1-18-08? Because we didn't believe it until it was validated.
