 		I got the email with the journal pages at like 1am (EST) on the 20th. EDIT: That was the last time I heard from her.

That does NOT sound good. Crying or Very sad

Edit 2: I emailed Bobbie to let her know what was going on.

I got another email from Sherry regarding the situation: there's a password in it that we will (apparently) use to see specific posts:

Jay is going to keep his Ranch gun with him at all times he is able. In between, the PD will have to suffice.

Jay and I talked for a long time this morning. Moving forward is the only option. I will try and keep everyone updated, everything that I am posting that is not for general eyes will be password protected with HopeRanch.org.

Jay's asked me to keep everything looking normal, but without mentioning Fee or how she is. I'll have more silly Secret History posts coming out, so it looks less suspicious, and I will be removing the posts on Fee, so it also does not look suspicious for me to be unconcerned about Fee.... especially since we may end up pretending that she's already dead.


So we want to let on that Fee is dead? I guess we will know more soon...

Also, Is LARA the "L" of "L.C."?

I emailed the "fake" Kronos saying that Fee was dead, so that's the direction I took. I figured she would be safer that way.

I got an email back from the fake Kronos a little while ago:

EDIT: A very late edit. I was sniffing around the Hope Ranch website a little while ago and found that Bobbie's online journal is no longer accessible. It is now just a dead link. I figure whoever got Fee did this as well.

Here is the latest from Sherry:

It's been a long day, but I didn't want to go to bed without some kind of update.

Fee is still in bad shape and it's touch and go, as the tranfusions didn't seem to be taking. They found that she had a small tear or nick in one of her arteries from the gun shot, that wasn't evident when they first removed the bullet.

It's probably a miracle that she didn't completely bleed out before she was found. However, we still don't have any idea when all of this took place. We are assuming it was in the dark, early Tuesday morning, as later that morning was when we started to wonder why she wasn't answering the cell or home phones, and called her school.

Since the police found her with her shirt torn and stuffed into the bullet wound, it's possible she saved herself with quick thinking. The internal bleeding wasn't so aggressive that she would have died immediately, but there's also the possibility that she was held for at least part of Wednesday morning, and the real violence took place later Wednesday, about the time that Jay got the sense he needed to go to MO himself and see what was up.

Either way, it's not looking great at the moment, and they had her in surgery to fix the leak and take a second look at the GS wound area, so this couldn't happen again in another spot near the wound.

Jay still can't get into the ranch alone, but he is able to go in and take a look as the cops go through things. It appears that every file that might have anything to do with Chance, Fee, Bobbie or the expedition has been removed from the main office. They haven't released that much of Fee's place yet, due to forensics, so they still haven't checked her personal papers.

Jay found out that the owners of the hotel he's in are very fond of cats, so he has the one with him at the hotel and will be able to bring the other back with him, when the veterinary releases her.

I suppose that we may be bringing the cats here to stay until Fee gets back to the ranch. I guess it will depend on how long Fee is in the hospital....


I also got an email from Jay asking us to keep an eye on the hoperanchfoundation.org website because it appears someone has been messing around (as Jacks noticed). Side Note - I noticed the .doc version of the journal is still available (http://hoperanchfoundation.org/BobbiesJournal.doc) but just the html (ie most current version) seems to be missing. Great.
