 		seems I was a little slow huh? Just curious, what was the coding used on that message? I'm still new to all this stuff.

Copy the first line in to the "Decimal" box (middle of bottom row) and decode it.

Second line is hex, which is the "Hex" box on the top right.

It's all about an 'attempted biological attack' on the water treatment facilities of Houston, Texas. The person apprehended was apparently also a suspect in something called the Jones Quarry incident (which, oddly, rings a bell for me).
The bio-agent in question, designated aK109, is something called a Class A pathogen.
It destroys the immune system of humans, and the mortality rate is arround 66%.
The agent was identified and classified by a Major William Keene.
At the bottom, it reads:
"ALL PARTIES INVOLVED IN JONES QUARRY INCIDENT IN FEDERAL CUSTODY. VULNERABILITY OF POTENTIAL TARGETS NEUTRALIZED. INCIDENT REPORT OF SECURITY CLEARANCE DOWNGRADED TO L3."
[Read: The most likely suspect was arrested, now get everything back to normal and shut up.]

Attached to it are the blueprints of a certain Plymouth Water Facilities Station in Houston, and a Google Earth image of what I'm guessing is probably Houston.

 		The user/pass should all be in lowercase. It's a huge difference between Jacknash and jacknash.

Anyone here good with audio manipulation? A garbled audio file went up this evening. Supposedly has some kind of message hidden in it, but Andrew says he doesn't know how to access it.

 		working on it as we speak. for reference, audacity is a great sound manip program.

EDIT: OK, this is wierd. This probably isn't what we're supposed to get but here's what I came up with. I removed the noise and slowed it down a bit. This is the wav file, and it sounds like just a bunch of beeps.
