I've got a progress bar down at the bottom of the page showing it loading something (the video I guess), but its taking a loooooong time.

There is a blog UPDATE entitled Utah Military? where Andrew raises questions about "a training exercise" etc. and says he's written to Nash. He's also left this latest twitter/facebook msg:"Have been looking into Utah Military, and found a few details. No indication of why they'd be blockading all roads into Piedmont, though."(one hour ago). Helpful? Hope so....
