Two new pages up at alice's evidence, pages 34 and 36 with details about a Paul O'Donoghue and a dirty copy of the right page of code on page 35.

@Maxstonishing: There's gotta be a thread about destegging somewhere on here, all I know is that it's a way to discern hidden clues in pictures/videos/audio. And that it doesn't work on Macs. I'd tool around for a little bit, or PM a more experienced player...

Steganography uses the unused parts of a file to hide another file.

Destegging Tutorial Very Happy

Edit: All of the photos on Power Patios are either not stegged or they require a password.

Is it me or do those upside down numbers on the left side of Page 24 look like the Dewey Decimal System? Maybe we should ask after those books at Dog Ear Dreams?

I'm totally new at this so I might be way off.

Quote:
Riddle me this, riddle me that
I want to tell you where she's at
It isn't Dublin, Cork or Clare
You'll know the town: she once worked there
It's got a shoreline, it has a Marsh
This place she is, it might seem harsh
It might seem clichéd, on this track
For this old train ain't coming back
Don't expect to find a greeting
A hug, a kiss, a secret meeting
No help for fighting grief or cancers
The only thing you'll find is answers

Alice's new post on Aftermath. There are letters highlighted; when read backwards, it says "For Max, find her."

So let's do that.

*Edit* Town is Dundalk. It has a Marsh, and a shore, and I'm looking up train stations... Can anyone here get there?

*Edit II: The Reckoning* Scratch that idea. Yeti, could you fire an e-mail to Max and tell him we think Karen's in Dundalk? Ask him if there are any train stations.

There's a place on the map where the train tracks end in Dundalk. There's also a Stapleton Road and Place.

I'm pretty sure Karen is at George's Yard, after all it's in Dundalk and the line "for this old train ain't coming back" probably is hinting at that too cause it's a scrapyard.

Maybe it's as simple as telling him that Karen is there?

Ok I think Dublin, Cork and Clare are names of train stations... so which one does that leave... and once we know, then what?

Google Maps Listing of Train Stations

Edited to fix link. Thanks natas!

George's Yard's address is listed as:

Georges Yard
Lar Na Pairce
Baile Na Marbh
Dundalk
Co. Louth
Ireland

Is that in code?

Lar Na Pairce is a museum dedicated to Gaelic games in Thurles
Baile Na Barbh is gaelic for "the town of the dead"

longarselink that normally stretches the page is now short

hey, ineffabelle, if you use my example above, you can edit your previous post as not to stretch the page out. Thanks.

another example:

Code:

[url=http://www.longarsedllink.com] SHORTER [/url]

In use, it would look like this.

SHORTER

Popped a response up on Aftermath, hopefully Mike will have an answer. Did anyone else notice that the roundabout near the end of the railroad matches the circular symbol behind the address on the George's Yard site? Am I looking to hard, or is that a major hint?

I think it's just the symbol for recycling. I think.

Something that stood out about that site is the "-> = = = = = <-" symbol just above the "you trash it, we mash it" catchphrase. The rest of the site is well designed but that symbol looks rough and freedrawn. Kinda looks like tracks to me, but i may just be looking too hard.

Btw... I sent out two emails last night... so far no reply to either.

George -

I've had to open an free email account because server issues are currently preventing me from sending outgoing email.

I need to know what the status of the Opel Astra and all the other cars are currently. I am also very concerned about the theft of your record book. I wouldn't want outside parties to have access to our private business dealings.

Please reply to this email as I cannot currently guarantee the security of my email server.

I was interested in contracting your company to install a patio similar to the circular one on your website. I first wanted to know a bit more about your all weather coating and if you can install your patios over difficult surfaces.
