A reliable source has confirmed to me that this is NOT related to 48HIP.

Just for the record, I'm in GMT+1, so I guess I'll be one of the night-shifters here Razz

And I mean your night, it's my morning here already, of course.

Care to elaborate?
Not everyone here knows each other - your "reliable source" pretty much means nothing to those who don't know/trust you already. Just sayin'.

The image Steph_beach image on twitter is the photo, and on HTH it is same photo that has had chalk/pencil effect applied to it. I don't know how to save a pic from HTH to show difference.

re: shifts for Bex

This is what I posted on the H2H forum...
Quote:
I am on and off almost all the time literally. It would be nice to get a rotating schedule, so that once she wakes up, we are there to help her whatever way we can. That way we can make sure there are no gaps that she might have to endure without a compasionate persons presence to help keep her sane.

Also, in doing this, we would be able to go about our daily routines knowing someone is with her, and if needed, we'll be notified.

How does that sound to everyone?

What does everyone think? Good idea?

Not sure if I can elaborate for privacy reasons. All I can say is I'm the closest thing to a site admin coming in here and telling you the sme thing; I trust the source.

Agreeing with Nighthawk that we should move on. My reasoning from another thread.

And asking for some help: I'm now twitter following Chambermaid. Is there anything proactive I can do myself to engage "Chambermaid" to begin following me? Thanks for any help(beg, beg).

Just so you all know, you can get text messages of what happens on Twitter. You can go to your settings and I think there's a "Devices" tab, so you can put in your cell, then txt some confirmation code back to Twitter from your cell, then it'll be turned on. After that, go to any page of someone you're following, and near their picture you can choose to turn devices on for that person. By default, it'll be off for everyone, so if you're following a billion people you won't have your cell going off all the time.

Also, under your settings, you'll be able to turn off all cell notifications between X:00 and X:00 so they won't get sent if you're sleeping.

And finally, Twitter itself won't charge for the text messages, but your cell plan will. If you've got a nice plan like me with unlimited texting, you can turn it on and not worry about any charges.

Just thought I'd throw that out there so it might make all this monitoring easier for people. Personally I'm not convinced we need 24/7 monitoring of what's going on, but this is how I'll be keeping tabs on chambermaid.

Just give it a bit of time. Last night it seemed like a lot of people that were newly following chambermaid became "followed" by her too. I don't think anyone is being left out, but it's not immediate when you get followed back.
