As I said in my original post. I'm assuming that where you are in the world will depend on whether they send you / can send you txts or not.

For example I'm on "Orange UK" And am in the United Kingdom and didn't recieve a txt (yet).

But DeSPLATsteg.com.... Couldn't that possibly be a hint @ Destegging the photo on the sites mainpage?
