I feel a bit conflicted. The Doc is really kind of annoying to me, too. So far, in terms of a story, I feel aggravated by the arrogance of the Doc, which normally would motivate me to do what I can to help the nameless woman, but since we really know nothing about her, all I'm left with is a bit of a sense of wanting to just leave the game because the Doc is bugging me...

Then again, seeing the new video on the front page of http://www.hurtstoheal.com/ makes me want to find out where that restaurant is.

So, everyone download and analyze the video! You can get it from http://www.hurtstoheal.com/BEX01x.mov and just go to File -> Save Page As... to save it to your HD. At about 0:22 the camera flashes by as sign that says "Circus" on the strip mall. A restaurant? The name on the umbrella (Stella Artois) is a beer, so that's not much help...

[Edit 1:] Around 4:39 or so, you can "see" a license plate, but it's been blurred out a bit so it's just a generic blurry gray block... No real indication of where it might be. Then again, the Ontario plate is white with blue letters, so it could just look gray because a white plate in a dark environment.

[Edit 2:] At about 0:08, you can see a sign in the strip mall that says Henry's, which looks to be http://www.henrys.com/webapp/wcs/stores/henrys/index.jsp - a Canadian camera store.

Ack, I can't get the link to be a reasonable length, so just go Google Maps, look for Simcoe, CA, and do a business search for Henry's. You'll find it.

This video gives us the perfect subject for a poster.We can finish this before doc gets time to try his "shock therapy" I said it before, but we would need to vote, I think anyway.My idea is to get a good frame of her face from that video, but up "have you seen this girl?" posters up in Simcoe, anonymously, then sit back and watch Doc shit himself trying to handle everything.Huzzah?

http://www.oxfordcircus.ca/ - Using Google Maps, that place (a pub/restaurant) is right on top of a Henry's. That's your strip mall location.

If Doc really wanted to kidnap this girl, and had everything ready, he could do whatever he wanted.Unless that girls boyfriend is there, in that case he would be beaten into a pulp, or have to get triple the doses of sedatives, then again, he does have two wheelchairs.....But anyway, This is definitely a ARG no doubt.I just think Doc is a bad PM.This is a great storyline, but he is just a straight up retard.
