Could this picture have something to do with the missing CEO? I dunno, the title is "eye see" and there's a skeleton, maybe the STOL is some sort of clue to Avery's whereabouts or the reason he's missing.

on the right track ok.. so we worked out the code on the pic.. and then looked at what the girl was looking at ( shes a white rabbit.. hair up like bunny ears etc ). and we get "STOL"l.. what could these letters mean.. lost ? lots ? or could it be that if you look at a phone ( any phone ) the letters correspond with 4 digits.. 7865.. ( an idea i got from watching the mole, they did the same thing to get into a safe ) maybe its a pin for the voicemail ?

The voicemail digits idea sounds really good..
I also say it as "S TO L" .. with the spaces, there is nothing between S to L.. so, "I See Nothing"?
We could read into this forever and it couldn't mean anything..
And it's nice to see that people are using the paintover msg board as ANOTHER discussion thread.. as if we dont have enough already

The fact that Tavern.Pointe is an anagram for Paintover.net makes me think there may be more anagrams on the page somewhere.

Perhaps its a clue that S TO L needs to be rearranged or something like that. Maybe even all of the letters along that side need to be rearranged.

perhaps shift "S" to "L" and re-decode?
where's the original decoding of the wingdings?

"ALWAYS TO HAVE LESSONS TO LEARN"
shift "s" to "l" and you get:
"HEDHFZ AV OHCL SLZZVUZ AV SLHYU"
Hmm....guess that wasn't it.

I've been thinking, maybe those underscores are supposed to be blanks we're supposed to fill in to make the URL work. So far I've tried the obvious ones -- I and C (eye see), P(aint) and O(ver), and T(avern) and P(ointe) with no luck.

I don't think so - the usage of the underscore in a URL is pretty common as the first character in a directory. Cat most likely has to do with Movable Type categories (a built-in feature of the software).

I tried sharpening this up a little as well, but I just can't see the cat. Sorry, I think we just need more information.
S-T-O-L as an anagram makes sense to me, considering the Paintover/Tavern Point anagram already on the page.

agree with anagram I agree with the anagram point. Every little unrandom thing is relevant. That would make the pin 5678. ( by my mole theory =P )
It would definitely be "lost". Fits in with the whole missing theme.
and why else have an anagram at the bottom of the page ?
still the caeser part is confusing.. caeser cypher is a special type of cypher. Where you move all the letters over 3 places on the alphabet or 2 places etc...

S to L What about "RQPONM" as the 'answer' to "S to L"? (backwards alphabet)
Six characters - possible password? I thought about who "caesar" could be - It tried RQPONM as Stven Walsh's password on the Metacortechs login, but it didn't work.

My views on 'S TO L' OK ive been doing a little digging into the paintover image...
I feel its been determined that the girl is looking at the letters 'S TO L' out of the decoded sentance.... now I have no idea why this is relevant - however I turned up something fairly spooky
doing a search in google for "STOL" and "Caesar" ( the user who posted the picture... ) I discovered this...
http://the-tech.mit.edu/Shakespeare/cleopatra/cleopatra.3.6.html
about half way down the page it reads...
OCTAVIUS CAESAR
Why have you stol'n upon us thus!
And it is from 'Antony and Cleopatra'
(Similar use of 'Stol' appears in 'Julius Caesar'..)
Now...that I thought at least provided a link between the two clues, but then I found this - now it really freaked me out hehe...

Check out the casting for 'Antony and Cleopatra 1982' ... There he is, James Avery - now I had thought before I found this that James Avery was anonymously posting as Caesar to perhaps provide some clues to his whereabouts... the significance of him using a child looking gives me a feeling that either it is his daughter that was released from the matrix ( they only free childs minds ) and James has gone looking for her, or it is trying to explain that the girl has had something stolen.... again this is all just theories - but I feel they are connected somehow.
James Avery = Caesar in my opinion.
Let me know what you think.
Smile.

Continuing with your interesting theory, it could be that his daughter herself has been stolen, ie: kidnapped, but he can't release info through any classic channels. A little out there, but something.
