Not sure it's busy...

I keep calling, get connected, and it drops without ringing two to four seconds later. If they're still using an old PBX they could be rebooting the system. No one at SHH is getting through, and nothing new has shown at GPDMCU. Keep trying!

VZW gives me an error message and says I cannot complete the call as dialed. Which is a load of crap, they are just blocking their customers is all!

That's word on the street right now. Land lines keep ringing, cells phones get dropped. Oh, and my Skype won't call an 866 number, so I'm stuck doing this on a work phone.
