Hi long time lurker here. Anyways i found this bit on the sorce code of ccfabg.org.
"gih compromised avoid at all costs proceed gateways asap"
Looks like someone is warning the other wanted cops about the "sting" on Gotham Intercontinental Hotel.
Nice find! It also mentions this:
ACCESS: 164938
i think this is an older find. See here: http://batman.wikibruce.com/Ccfabg.org
Sorry if it was already mentioned but i did not see it on the Wiki .
The access was old though, it was used on the election survey.
If it was mentioned somewhere, i dont mind a trout. i love trout

I think i might have gotten the one for Keith Walters. I sent the code about a minute ago, and the site just updated with "package en route." Crossing my figers

as far as we can tell, messages don't trigger the packages. you have to speak to a live person to trigger it.

though no one has confirmed speaking directly with someone. and why a voicemail if there isn't any use for it?

that's what i'm assuming as well
but it can't hurt to try at this point
maybe they'll send out other little items like the harvey dent swag to people that leave the codes and their address
maybe it's just wishful thinking
but it's better than thinking that our work and telling redialing isn't doing anything.

If I just needed to add my address, I'm gonna be ticked. I've left messages for 7 different officers by now before I left one with my address. You would think a simple thing like that would be in the instructions...guess not. I'm thinking too bluntly.

maybe it will work without your address
did you leave any other info?
telephone number or email?
it just seemed kind of logical because how else would they know who and where to ship the packages?
just a thought.

now i'm starting to wonder if it's time coded.
meaning who ever sent in the reference first
or if it's just random.

A number of people at the SHH forums have confirmed that they spoke with real people, and were told a package was being sent to them.
