I'm trying it as 866, b/c at least that gives me the "All circuits are busy". The 877 just says "we're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed."

No. I got a 3-tone error message, and then a beep. After that, I female voice with options to review message, delete message, or send message now. I left a request for the Winchell care package with the hopefully correct reference number, hit # to send message and hung up.

considering there was voice recognition on the last task, might it be possible that a certain message must be spoken to get into a secret/private area...?
