I know this should go in the 'More Time Off' thread, or even timewasters, but sometimes you just want to go back home. Or something. Anyway, Just dropping in to say "Hang in there, it'll be back." And in honor of my 1000th post (if you don't count agent999 etc., and I don't) I come bearing gift. Probably not as cool as Toasty's userbars, or even ALISDAIRPARK's "I can't believe this is the post that makes me an unfictologist…" But.

Have fun. Amaze your friends. Get swag.
I'll cross post this in the time off thread just so it's really in the right place...

very undeserved for me, esp as there's so much more time thought and effort in yours (and Toasty's)!
Same as Jello, stuck on think, although it's the middle one I can't find.

I am now stuck on the intersections one, I have the names, but I can't figure out the order to put them in... It's very odd.
*edit* This is infuriating.

yup, it is indeed. Just to cross ref, you've got
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
six letters
too?
EDIT: well I'm pretty sure I've tried all the combos based on
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
three letters from each side
so unless they are all mixed up then I'm stumped, and I'm not going to try 720 diff combos...

yeah, that's what I have now too.
Oooooo, idea.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"6-3 e.g." is the header. Do you think there's any significance there?

Hmmm could be, except that would still give us 144 combos I think.. ...unless we can figure out some further logic to it?
EDIT: I think the 6-3 is just to show it's mathmatical, but it is a bit too much of a coincidence. Think I'll ping Pancito a PM to double check this one just in case

Let me know when you get a response. I was going to earlier, but then my laundry finished up, and next thing you know, I had gotten distracted.

nope, took me awhile to get the first one too, you need to go back a long way...
BTW Pancito has confirmed an error on the 6-3 page which he has now fixed.
EDIT: ...and indeed he has, onto the next one. (we should really be following this in the other thread however we've started in here now...)

I thought that too, but the only one I could find was on Wikipedia, and it greatly surpassed anything he had us doing before... Like, that's intimidating stuff on that wiki. Also, there's no real way for the data to fit in those equations...
