May as well keep discussion of this here. She's written her dreams down last night, and I have to say the symbolism is strikingly obvious (at least for the first half of the dream)...

As recommended by some of my new visitors, I apparently jotted down some comments of my dreams last night. Funny thing is, I don't remember doing it, nor do I remember the dream itself. But it is my handwriting, and I was surprisingly thorough. Here goes...

I'm walking down an aisle in a big white room. To my left are rows upon rows of people, all dressed in white. I can't see the details in their faces, but they're giving off some sort of aura or glow. To my right are more rows of people, but they're obscure, dark, ominous. I can't make their faces out either. But one thing is obvious: they are watching every step I take, following me down the aisle.

I keep walking, and at the end of the aisle is a pedestal with a book on it. The book is open, but the pages are blank. I try to reach out to it, when all of a sudden I hear this loud metallic grinding sound followed by what sounds like a car starting up.

Then, all of a sudden, smoke starts coming out of the book and filling the room. I step back from it, and I can hear both sides of people around me starting to scream in pain. Suddenly there's a blast of wind, blowing the smoke in my face and through the crowd...

...and then I woke up.

How could I forget something like this? This *is* my handwriting, and apparently I remembered it vividly enough to write it in this level of detail. And I woke up fine, so I have no idea when I got up to write this, at what time, for how long, when I went back to sleep... nothing.

Maybe Kate's right: I need some serious therapy.

It is an interesting place, isn't it? I don't blame you for being a
bit cautious of who you might meet online. There are also a lot of
great people out here as well.

I read your latest blog entry about your dream. From what I've
gathered from your blog you've been though quite a bit of trauma
recently. I'm not a therapist myself (though I've spent plenty of
time in therapy and have been told many times that I'd make a good
therapist hehe), but I learned that sometimes odd dreams are part of
the process of healing from a traumatic experience. I'd keep that
paper and pen handy and see what comes of it.

Anyway I hope you are having a nice weekend Smile

Then the mechanical sounds started again, wind and smoke starts blowing strong enough to put out the fire. The same ending, with both sides screaming in anguish as the smoke races down the aisle, but the person in red remains motionless, their cloak flapping in the wind and the smoke racing around them, unphased by the chaos.

...and then I woke up.

Although I don't remember them, the dreams seem to be much more tranquil than any ones I have had in the past. I remember times I would wake up shaking, in cold sweats, sometimes screaming... and not having any idea why. At least now I wake up like I've had a good night's sleep, refreshed, oblivious to the fact I had a dream at all if it weren't for my own handwriting in the legal pad on my nightstand.

On a side note, Kate called me yesterday but I somehow missed it. Tried to call her back but couldn't get through. Nothing drives me crazier than missing her calls, missing her voice when I need to hear it so desperately.

Got some looking around to do in the city today. Still trying to find work, and while I'm at it I think I might by a plant or flowers, something to add a little variety in color to this place.

Finally, I heard about a fire at the company where Patrick use to work. I don't know any details about the incident, but someone pointed out the amazing coincidence that I've been dreaming about the little red firestarter for days now. I really don't know what to make of it.

And I'm using the word "crazy" way more often than I should.

 		The second row, the 15 looks like its supposed to be 18. Other than that, I don't see any problems.

 		Its all the same picture. The 88 (three rows from bottom) looks like it might be 83 or 85.

EDIT: Yeah I'm not sure on the 88/83/85 either. I checked all three images and still can't tell.

 		it's an 83, if you look at the way she writes her three's it matches, it's just slightly sloppier ^^
