Fresh Start for Tia -

This was The Ourobouros's family?? My husband and I listened to that 911 call and got cold chills. We have a little girl the same age as the one who made the call, and just imagined what that would have been like for her.

What about setting up a Paypal account for people to donate to? I know that this topic has been discussed at length on another very large board I frequent, and they would probably like to chip in as well.

That child was heroic and tragic on the phone call. I know lots of people would like to contribute. What hours can we call the number? I won't be available until late tonight.

Is there a bank account or an address we can mail a check to?

Thanks for the news steve, feel free to edit it right into the first post, remember My internet access is severly limited for the time being.

I am also trying to contact several radio stations to spread publicity about the charities

Every little thing helps, but I encourage anyone willing to do the same, spread the word on all the charities in any way you can.

Together we will help them through this rough time as best as we ARGers know how to. We always take care of our own, and now it's time to do so.

Got the chance to give him a call today. (considering I just got his number, i made it a priority)

I have some new information to give you guys.
First off he mentioned that his father will be appearing with Bill O'riley on his show this wednsday night, to talk about the situation.

Secondly, Ouroboros mentioned that his brother and him are setting up a website to organize relief efforts for Tia, the website (also noted in the first post by now) is located at www.tiahernlen.com

Thridly, to clarify, Aeneas Hernlen is Ouroboros' Brother.

Ouroboros mentioned some sort of confussion with the Charity being run by Bank of America at the moment, but he said he is confident that the money will make it to the right place eventually. He said how the family's conscerns right now, are protecting Tia, from this all.

Though this is all very reccent, He seems to be holding up as well as him and his family go through this incredibly difficult time. He wanted me to let you all know he greatly appreciates the support from all of us, and he said he will be on XBox live, his current ONLY reliable web access in the next few days.

His phone number, by his consenting request, will be made available to anyone within the community that asks for it (though, it just doesn't seem right to POST his number on a publicly accessable board) so if you would like to personally convey your condolences, CALL me or someone known to have said number. (I say call, because i have no other consistant lines of communication. I get web access once a week!)
Clayfoot will now be amung that list.

I have given ONLY the information I feel appropriate for announcing, the rest was a bit too personal for chit-chat here, as i'm sure you all can understand. As to respect the privacy of the family, and what information they want released.
