It said Victoria Station Platform 8, with a stop at the foundry first.

In the words of the professor,

Good news everybody....the package was still there. Right then I have lots of pics but am at an internet cafe so cant post them atm. Will attach them later so you can relive the experience =)

Once i presented the manager with the name "Edward Spencer" (not going to forget that in a hurry!) he presented me with an envelope. On the front "FAO Edward Spencer"

On opening the envelope there was a baggage reclaim ticket and 30 GBP (almost got waylaid at a pub ><). With the cash and ticket in hand I raced to victoria station and lo and behold at platform 8 was the baggage reclaim. I was presented with a khaki green bag and an envelope inside.

It was labeled WHEAT

Inside was a rather heavy gold ingot, pictures to follow. Also a piece of paper:

The package contains your next assignment, designated #172. Communicate your acceptance in the usual way.

If the package is not collected within the 24 hour period we will assume you are not prepared to undertake this work and we will reassign it accordingly (oops)

Thanks again for your professionalism, which was as exemplary as ever.

also in the package was a photograph. Two people in a car one smiling in the foreground the others head blurred out. on the back of the photo was a red circle with #172 written in red inside.

Below that jek10814063:00000001_z.jpg

below that crossed out was

MAYDER 16/07/08 JEK1061426

(the last set of numbers are rubbed out worse and so harder to see so some combinations and switches may be needed)

so there we go will pop on to IRC later and catch up with what you find!!! Razz

right then beginning to start up the scanner to let you all in on the stuff i found:

The crossed out part on closer inspection is :

MAYDER 15/07/08 JEK10814063 (ie the same number as before the colon in the no rubbed out part)

Im just over halfway through catching up, have lots of links and such to relook at and the phot name is obviously now HAYDER not MAYDER
