Does it strike anyone as odd that the sites http://www.maritimedigest.com/ and http://www.malgamshipping.com/# have the same header image just with different words on it?

(I first confused both sites...)

And why do Imperial Gold and Malgam Shipping have the same telephone numbers?

Meta wise, I'm thinking the PMs did that to make it easier for us to determine ingame websites, but that's just a guess.

ETA* whois for Imperial Gold. This looks very different from the other ingame websites, maybe cause it's registered in Switzerland?

It all makes sense... Imperial Gold Limited - there was some talk of something called IGL, but I thought it was a job. Dan - any guidance here?

Looks like we may be waiting on Dan for the moment to fill us in

On the road right now, but I should have the original German at home. I'll post it later this week when I get back if no one has put it up before then.

Man's voice at imperial gold

So far only contact name we have for imperial gold is anna. Russel...think you can leave a message regarding the gold bar you got. As possibly investing it or some such and see if you get a response? Don't know if it is worth it or not but ya never know.

I'm fine, just feel as if a dear friend been taken away by people who will remain unaccountable for their actions.

I have only seen the guy twice. Once when he came to the office in London, the other was at the Trustees Meeting.

Kamm is not actually Surer, but the guy seemed to have an 'unspoken of' role and big influence in the company, especially with Hayder and Blatchford. To be honest, I heard that Hayder reported to Kamm, which was weird thing. How can a member of one company report back to someone in another, but Surer has a very strange history.

He operates from Switzerland, and all I could dig up on him was that he owned a financial business specialising in trading minerals futures and derivatives.

He is old school German and quite wealthy. I don't know If he had something to do with the RRP project, it was a closed shop. I doubt Kamm would be into human trafficking.

Hmmm.... so what do you guys think

My guess would be that Mr Kamm therefore worked for IG Ltd.

Okay, that with the account on the IG board went fast. And thanks@enaxor.

The letter SOR received from Snow is interesting and was written on August 8th of this year.

It's written to a male person, name censored.

It's about stopping the current operation, as it seems to be too risky. XXX's death brought a lot of attention to them. And additionally the authorities in the Far East seem to be interested in/suspicious of XXX getting a job at XXX(Surer?) that fast and climbing up the ladder there that quickly. (Hayder? Kamm?)

That's why they will stop working on the Nibelungen Project for the next couple of months. The new finishing date is now end of 2009. Then the writer says the econimical situation isn't as bad as it gets, and that they therefore don't need the XX assets in the new places. The results of the new "social-economical model software" are very convincing. And then he/she writes: "what already worked in the 30's will work this time as well."

Then the writer suggest to pull Wheat off of 172, as the sudden death of another person that is "watching them" (hi guise!) would be too early. Especially now after XXX' death and Forsythe's. Too many are trying to find their fingerprints (hey guise!). 172 is no "real threat" and if he knows that he is their target, they will risk a repetition of the 1998' debacel when Set's cover blew and he was killed. That was before the letter receiver's time, but the writer is sure that he (the reveiver) read the reports. The writer learned that is is better to wait. As soon as Nibelungen is reactivated, 172 will be one of the first targets.

Then he/she asks wether the receiver knows anything about the burglary at XX's(Replay, I'd say) in Hamburg. XXX (short name) was always interested in Violette Summer's remains, he was a student of "Dieter" (a professor, I guess) and was always afraid that someone might be after Violette. The writer sais there is nothing to be found in Violette's trail. Then he/she writes: "Did XXX know the secret where XXX got Summer's collection from?" He/she doesn't think so.

And the receiver shouldn't be worried about the "friends from the internet" (hi guise!). We didn't even scratch on the surface yet. The dangerous ones among us will get a "short trail" (like they want to eleminate us) and the rest is just a bunch of kids.

Their next meeting will be in some months.

(Have to change the computer now. Will be back in an hour)

Protip: Look up the first German letter that we got in the beginning. I think they already talked about Nibelungen there.

As the activities text didn't show up in German yet, I followed MrToasty's cry for help about the letter that SOR posted Smile

IGL

Hi all... just read about this on ARGNet and sounds like fun. Catching up on the story so far. I don't suppose anyone can condense the story into a short paragraph or two?

Anyway, looking at your new leads, I see that on the IGL site down on the bottom to the right of "Privacy" there are some hidden characters... "id"
