 		I don't trust SHIFT.

If he's really Jake, as he clearly wants us to believe, why is he so surprised that people are trying to get involved and help out? Didn't Jake arrange with LL&L to have things sent to us? Didn't he write the semaphore message in that painting that gave us access to a file in NRU's system?

He also seems to contradict himself in the chat: first he doesn't know who Marcus/Reggie/Turk/Mephisto is, then later he casually calls him by the name Marcus. First he has no clue about Red Knight or caretaker, and then has instantly figured out who he is and practically calls us blind for not knowing.

And if you notice, he gave us almost nothing new. Throughout the chat we told him way more than he told us, including where Reggie is, that there's a backdoor to NRU, and that Turgenev = Zeladney.

Now, after seeking our help and getting us involved in the whole mess, he's trying to get us to back off by scaring us? The hell?

Personally I think something stinks here, and it ain't Reggie's pudding.
