 [SKY][REF] Sky Remains website problems
Are you experiencing these too?

I've posted, but only just, to the admin of the forums, but I'm not sure how often that gets read, and I wanted to check in with other players to see if they are having problems as well. Here's a list--I wish I could make it so that you could add to it, but just go ahead and write a post with problems you've encountered, if you would be so kind. These are in no particular order, although the very first problem in the list is the one that is giving me the most trouble. The second problem is next.

Members' Area Problems
  • Photos I've put into the image area have disappeared and descriptions have been put with the wrong image. Not sure if the disappearance is intentional or not.

  • Agent's note search is not working properly. I had the name "Wendy in many, many posts, but it would not show up until I typed a new note with "Wendy" as the subject. But when I typed in "Skinery," I got a note that had that word only in the body of the text, NOT in the subject. The only notes I've been able to see are my own.

  • I'm not sure whether you are supposed to be able to look at other agent's profiles--the image with the picture of a head doesn't contain a link. If we aren't supposed to be able to see profiles, why is the head icon even there?

In-Game (IG) Forum Problems
  • Markups on the IG forums are not working properly--the tags appear in the wrong place, or half of a tag is missing. (I put in more details in my private message to Admin at the IG forums.)

Myself I can't log in onto the IG forums. Works like a charm here on UF, so it shouldn't be anything browser related.

Log-in problems
Can't see what you type

Most of the places where you log in you can see your username when you are typing it, and then asterisks when you type in your password. There's one log-in page, though, that gives you problems. You get to it if you go to the forums, and then click on "New Topic" before you log in to the forums.

I'm not posting the URL, because while I don't think it contains any personal info in it, I'm not positive.

To the PMs: If you are reading this, could you--pretty please--post a message on the IG forums telling us where you want us to post problems with the website? Not trying to be a pest, but I'm not sure if you are getting any of this info.

Until (and unless) we hear from you, I'll assume we should keep posting our problems here, and just keep my fingers crossed that you read here occasionally, since I know that your lives are incredibly busy right now.

And I *still* love this game. Even while we're all sort of ironing out the wrinkles. Thank you SO MUCH for deciding to run another game for us. We love you people!

P.S. Won't be offended if this particular problem never gets addressed--it's certainly one of the more minor ones. Just mentioning it because I thought you probably didn't know about it.

Question to web page programmers
RE: The IG forums log-in problem

Several people have mentioned that they can't log into the in-game forums. Can those of you who are really savvy at setting up and programming stuff for web pages answer a question? What I'm wondering is if there is any way that you'd be able to tell from the user's end (us, I mean) why someone would be having problems logging into the in-game forums? WITHOUT hacking. Don't want anyone getting in trouble for violating the TOS.

Thanks.
