 		yes, it is valid to say that some people have contributed more to the cause than others, but do you think its a fair statement when someone says that if it wasn't for them, this ARG would not be half of what it is today?

In some cases I think, yeah it is fair. For the guy who figured out this back door thing for the pictures it is. I don't know about you, but I'd sure as hell never would of found it.

So if it wasn't for people who just sit around and read stuff, the ARG wouldn't be much?

 		n i honestly cant name names man. I really do wish i could, but call me gutless, i cant do it. I dont know what kind of reaction we would get from this guy. He could take it out on me n ban me forever, or he could curl up in a ball and cry, and shut his website down. Hell, some of you guys out there might even be like "hey i know that dude, and hes pretty cool!" n then come bash ME ffs. I know that might be the case, but i can assure you from my own personal experience, and the experience of other people, that i am NOT wrong here. But like i said, i just cant name names, cuz i do need the bastards website up. Yeah, i guess that would qualify as using him for his website, despite what my opinion is, but like i said, i got alot of buddies on there, and thats where we all go to congregate.

I believe in 4 things

1) All those who found or deciphered many of the clues of the ARG.
2) All those who provide some control besides the admins over the trolls.
3) The trolls for keeping us in check during all those update-lacking weeks

No man, that my whole point. If one person never found it, somebody else would have eventually. The game is set up that way. There is no one single person who can take credit for making hundreds n hundreds of people sit here and play. Its insane to think that.

yeah, but trouts or not, you never know what might be a contributing factor in finding out vital information. It just might be somebody trouting on a subject. It may take somebody bringing up information that someone else already had to "strike the match" in somebody elses mind, and put together n find something that someone else otherwise would have never realized if it hadnt been for somebody reminding them of info that we already had. thats alot of somebodies, but i think u get what i mean.

Yeah thats true, but then again, even HE has to give it up to the fans for the game taking off the way it did. Its not like he created the game and all the clues and just knew it would blow up the way it did. He was relying on US to get obsessive with this shit. And he was right, WE did.
