The video.

Wtf is the deal with ghost of perdition? He has been creepy the entire time. One liners like Doc answers in. And you're right, he didn't do anything, no Obits, no pics, nothing. Same for Marika. She was logged on when task 2 came out, but didnt do anything....yet b'tched at everyone else?

As for 'no chance' to save the girl, we were told that, again and again, and knew that we would fail. I think I was onto Doc about that a few times about Predetermined Failure and studying those results....yet he always ended our conversations quickly.

i think he made it quite clear (at least thats what it looked like to me) failure was pretty much predetermined... he seems to know a little too much...

See, I figured that was just Doc trying to test us, rather than an actual nudge that "hey, there's no way you'll actually win this game". Had I known that I'd have stopped playing a while ago.

Sorry, I'm not going to be "strung along" as ghost puts it, anymore. I'm in the "it's over and was hopeless" camp.

Thats probably true. This might just be another sick test. One more result for the ol' belt buckle. (that translates into 'how many he screwed' with ) And that's why Im not posting any whining or crying on his site.

In the video, it looks like he picks up a bottle of bubble soap at end.... It's purple color..... I suppose it could be a torch or something, but it sure looks like bubbles to me.

Edit for Afterthoughts: Compassion has a limit. One can't help those that won't help themselves. Bex had free time to at least attempt to escape, but never tried. It's like women that get beat up by BF, yet keeps going back for more. I don't care if the house was wired....I would still be looking for a way out. Fight back, do something, but don't count on an endless supply of compassion from strangers if you're not willing to help yourself.

I, uh, don't think you can equate those two situations. Consciously going back to a boyfriend you know is going to continue abusing you is a hell of a lot different than being kidnapped by a psychopath and placed in a house wired to light up like the fourth of July if you tried to escape.

Ya, totally different things there.

Also on twitter we told her not to, and she knew the house was wired to explode at his whim, I don't think we can blame BEX.
