 		Well hello hello! My it's been a long time since i've been on here and looks like thehumanpet has picked up quite a lot of new players since i've last been keeping up with it, haha.

So I did in fact get a message from the codemaster. My Youtube account for future reference happens to be "idreamofdiamonds" in case anyone is wondering. The message I received is as follows:

 		I talked to the CM tonight and he gave me lots of hints and helpful info.
I like making lists, by the way:

2. He said the puzzle can be solved with any picture by itself.

4. He also said for some reasons he can't control, the message will come out kind of garbled.
Sam: Unfortunately, the message won't come out clean, for too many reasons to list. There will be letters missing. The good thing is the fact that it is a pattern, so it can be solved.

(At this point I mentioned that I had been searching for a website, something with the phrase "hideandseek.")

5. Whatever we are trying to find, he says it's not his.



So here's what I think:

The message will be some repeating garbled junk that leads to a website. Because one of his hidden messages said: Hide and seek leads to hide and seek, at first I thought it would be something with that phrase. It may still be, but I have tried youtube,blogger,wordpress,freewebs,myspace, all the main ones.

Also, he said he didn't create it. So maybe, since the letter Y shows up in our code, this is the youtube page of someone else? Maybe Eric or Kim Miller?


Edit: New thought: Scott pointed out to me that there is a repeating string in our list. It looks something like "FETHISAND_N__T ____N." Maybe this will end up saying "FET His and..." or "FET Hisanswers..." ? FET being finderictaylor.com.

Not sure if this will lead to anything but just an idea I had. Ok, now someone please solve it so it will be here when I wake up! Cool

This might be way off but I thought I would throw it out there anyhow. On Youtube there are these two videos to the song Hide and Seek by Imogen Heap. Neither were written by the CM, were instead done by two friends as videos dedicated to BattleStar Galactica. The First was posted by contra9 on April 20th, and the second by Roslin14 on May 4th. Is it possible that the letters need to ROTed, or that these names or the words to the song are part of the clue? He did say he didn't create it, right?

 		you could be onto something. I must admit the whole hide and seek thing made imogen heap cross my mind, but I didn't really think too much of it. That song also sort of fits with the theme of a lot of the music that has been in this game so far.

 		Scott and I have been talking about this puzzle a lot on google talk. I think we're tiptoeing around the answer.

If you line up each section of names where the message repeats, and then put those letters in order, it looks something like this:

(the part with two letters like "N/S" means there were conflicting letters in the same row)


The CM has hinted that the message is 17 letters long. So It sort of looks like this message says:

This Anonymous _IFE

The CM was online earlier and I asked him if it was Wife. He said, "Did that lead you somewhere?" and I said no. Then I asked if it was Life. He asked the same question.

But then I was thinking the word Anonymous is all jumbled up, so maybe it doesn't end in IFE. It could be file. That makes the most sense to me. Or it could also be:

Moving the T to the end.

Could be "Thief."


But none of these lead me to any specific website. I tried youtube names, blogger, wordpress, .coms....

Scott also brought up the point that the people against scientology go by "anonymous." There was a person who got a letter with the youtube name anonymous505050. It could be his page, or one of his youtube friends. None of it stands out as being in-game though.

Does any of this make a lightbulb go off for you guys??? Idea

 		I saw the same repetition that you guys saw. Unfortunately I didn't see anything that you guys didn't see. The CM did say that he screwed up somewhere didn't he, but that it didn't matter because it repeated?

This is seriously what the clues were about? Confirmed by The CM? Have any of you ever read a book or watched a film where you got the feeling that the writer(s) were just making it up as they went along: Wandering aimlessly from one inadequately connected plot line to another? Disapointing. I may give the CM the benefit of the doubt for a little bit longer. A very little bit longer.
