Called the number, got an answer on the first ring, sounds like a real person who's responding, i'm gonna see if i can find out where the number belongs to, i told her i was calling about the job and was immediately transfered to voicemail, I used Skype for the call so they apparently except calls from all numbers.

Okay, here's what i've got.

(858) 812-2838 is Unpublished or Unavailable
(858) 812-2838
Type: Land Line
Provider: Teleport Communications
Location: La Jolla, CA

Edit: I also have screenshots of the microsoft version of google earth of the area i'll post if requested. also, if requested i can remove this information.

I wouldn't know what you would say if it worked, but someone should try asking for Nathan...

We should keep calling him at work like on Seinfeld until he gets fired Laughing

Just kidding, of course!

I'm am pretty positive that is the case. Wink

Whoa....I went to holomove.com and what came up was this (I had to highlight the screen)

5/5/08? But that was three days ago!
And what is it supposed to mean?

P.S. Notice how it says "Done, but with errors on the page" at the bottom left. Wonder what happened?

EDIT: Had to crop the image so I didn't mess with the width of the page Very Happy
But this is what the website showed.

Im just going to interject here for some comic relief:

I'm sorry, but this has been the eighth time today I have done this and I want to share with you guys. Am I the only idiot in this forum that cant remember 'Holomove'?

Eight times today (yes ive counted) I have mistyped 'Holomove.com' and put 'Homolove.com'...and now I (rightfully) feel like a moron. That is all.

EDIT: OwnD to answer your question, the site started up on Monday so that was probably what they had up while the site was in development. Probably some sort of glitch but if you get it up again I would check the source.

I think you're right, Nate said Holomove just launched the site this week.

What We Know
(so far)

Figured it would be good to have all the links and story so far in one spot Very Happy

Several members of the ARG community recieved mysterious packages with censored memos, packets of Emergen-C with a strange sticker, and a folded crane. Nothing seems to be hidden in the crane.

C|Net seems to have been sent this complete memo.

From there, www.holomove.com was discovered. The holomove website reveals (1) a puzzle for a job application, (2) Both the Chairman and CEO of a company called Freyja Capitol and (3) that Nathan Bozeman has been hired as a lead developer. His blog has an overwhelming amount of backstory posts, dating back over a year.

Googling Holomove reveals a number of "serious" recruiting/advertising results.

Calling Holomove at this number from a buisiness card
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
858-812-2838

results (so far) in either getting sent directly to voicemail, or being answered and THEN being directed to voicemail.

In Nathan's blog, we discovered this crossword puzzle with a secret message left by Dr. Gough (Dead founder of Holomove who had been interviewed before he died) that says
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
hidden something important locate

Nathan was emailed about it, and he posted on his blog about it.

He has also posted a number of videos on YouTube concerning his new job. Nothing interesting has shown up here yet, but there is some speculation that something relevant will be posted.

Nathan has a MySpace, a LinkedIn profile, a Pownce profile, and a Zimbio profile

EDITS: Various mistakes and additions
*I THINK this is it so far. I'll be looking back and see if I've missed anything
**Has anyone looked up Freyja Capitol and signed up their email yet?

Twitter: "headed to austin, looking for a job 2 months ago from web"

2 months. guess it's in planning. and I'm in Austin!

And a trip to Firebug for the 1 error:
It seems that Firefox at least doesn't like
Code:
window.resizeTo(795,855);

EDIT: Don't know if this is a trout or not, BUT: http://codewtrn8.blogspot.com/2008/04/how-i-got-my-job-part-1.html More trackbacks to Microsoft?

I'm guessing this is from when he went to SXSW in March. This is when he first learns about Holomove...
