 Conspiracy, she crooned.
Fringe & Dollhouse 4EVA!

Hello all!

Again, it's another Whedonesquer stumbling in here after the black. I've followed the guide, read up on the posts, and attempted to glue the ARGs of this and the Dollhouse together. So far? No luck. However, I think it's fascinating that Erik Anderson is capable of speaking 5 languages & writing 7 of them, languages such as the Actives would do. I wonder if he's a past-Active, reaping the benefits of his fulfillment to the employ. Or if he is currently under assignment. *ponders

There's also the case that Holomove is an UMBRELLA corporation, and the Southland Labs & the Skynet are sub-divisions of Holomove and it's all a vast conspiracy to take over the world. Smile I quite like this theory, and there's nothing out there to disprove it yet, so I'll cling to this while I can. It it were true, it would be an amazing way to end the series finale with all 3- showing the big reveal with Dr. Gough chuckling behind his steepled fingers.

Who's with me?

Do you mean a corporation that spans multiple shows? For instance...Dollhouse and Fringe? Sorry if I'm misreading, it's 1 AM and I'm not conditioned to be up this late yet, hah. While I doubt that's the case, the prospect makes me cackle with glee. Oh, man. What a way to please the fanfic writers, with all the crossover that becomes available with that...

Virtuality?

Hello, another Whedon fan stumbling in. Been lurking and catching up.

I haven't seen any mention of Fox's new show Virtuality. It involves futuristic advanced virtual reality and a mysterious bug in the technology. Watching the Gough product trial video, it would seem a direct lead in to that show...

Just my opinion.

Bravo on the work thus far!

You mean who. Joss Whedon is best known for Buffy and Firefly, and has a rabid fanbase of course.

I haven't even heard much of Virtuality. It sounds much closer...huh. *Goes to investigate*

We have a dedicated thread to Nate's blog here so there is no need to post updates about it in this thread.

Thought it was worth mentioning: Eliza's twitter updated twice today.

I wonder if that second twitter was from after the meeting Nate mentioned. What did he do/say that led her to say she was disappointed in men?

Back to the chat spec (from days ago) that may she had a previous fling with Eric....maybe his pw relates to her (I know, dumb pw).

Perhaps we have to social engineer his pw?

I'm thinking of just asking RK straight up - maybe he knows?

Employment Questionaire

Don't know the importance of it or if it really matters, but last night while going back over Nate's blog, I realized Nate is the one who wrote the employment questionaire.

I even managed to keep my cool after being asked to work on some survey Erik wants, right as I was heading out the door. Not that I was hired to do web forms.

Totally confused. Did we crack eandersen's password?
Where did the camouflagued pictures come from?

I'm sorry, I obviously missed a beat between earlier this week and now.

www.wonderweasels.org mentioned in its last post something about the password being "in" the Hafnia Copohagen Airport picture, which lead to 2 pictures and the completed note from Dr. Gough. However, it doesn't mention what the password is, or what it applies to.

Is it for the eandersen IP address? Who gave out that information? Where do we go now?

Could someone please straighten me out? I'm all twisted. Crying or Very sad

I think you misunderstood what I wrote. Understandable since I was mostly swearing at the latest update. Here is a more concise version of events.

1. enaxor got an email from RK containing this photo. While it looks just like the photo on randomknowledge's flickr account, the new photo has something extra.

1b. RK also updated his blog with the same information as in the email to enaxor so no one is left out.

2. The new Copenhagen airport picture has been modified by a program called camouflage. If you uncamouflage the picture with the password hafnia you get three files: belize.jpb, belize2.jpg, and note.txt. It's basically just stuff about Gough's 'death'. Namely that if we get the note, Gough is more than likely really dead, but not all is lost because he left a person on the inside of Holomove to help us.

2b. The hafnia password came from that long series of puzzles that started with the buddhist cries email and ended with the garbled phone message from Gough. It was only so that we could get into the camouflaged Copenhagen airport photo. It has nothing to do with the Offsite DVR password we're also looking for.

3. We still don't have Erik's password to the Offsite DVR. The newest update (in the comments) from Nate basically state that it's a weak password so take that as you will.
