You must be proud of that email address.

Reminds me of an old MadTV skit where a bunch of business execs are sitting around a conference room table, and the female CEO offers her email address as "skankybitch69@aol.com".

Your best bet for trailheads is the "Interaction Thread":

That's what I used for LGL and it worked out rather well.
