Right. Remember Tiffany in the 80's? She used to play malls too. Here career is skyrocketing.
Check out this hat http://www.sneakerobsession.com/72/new-era-banana-camo/ Who the fuck would ever wear this?

As a lover of anything camo, i can honestly say that is the gayest hat i've ever seen. Especially straight brimmed.

Every time i go to a concert/show i just look around and laugh. There's either the zipped up hoodie (with the useless hood up, mind you) with hair covering one eye wearing the pants that have no room for any testicles whatsoever that weigh somewhere between 50-60 lbs, or the fat foreign lookin mother fucker with long sweaty hair that has had way too much to drink.
Here i am, wearing camo shorts, a band hoodie (with no hood up...for God's sake, the only reason you need that hood is if it's raining), and a bent-brimmed camo hat and i'm somehow the only one that stands out.

Currently listening to: Soilwork - Follow the Hollow

Ya man, that hood-up thing is some of the dumbest shit i've ever seen. either it's raining or you're trying to escape the cops after a crime, no other good reason for it. haha. if those little emo's (and some metalcore/hardcore kids dress, talk and act like emo's) don't wanna be seen, stay the fuck home. when you're ready to not be scared by civilization pull the stupid ass hood down.

great song man. Natural Born Chaos was probably their last great album, since then it's just been pretty good, with a couple spots of lame.

I enjoyed pieces of Stabbing the Drama. But all around, the album wasn't great. A few good songs pieced together with filler.

Man, i'm listening to The Nameless right now (Slipknot)...i forgot how great this song is! So different, but it works on every count.

ya, figure #5, stabbing the drama and the new one all have good parts, but i wouldn't call any of em great albums. The worst one for that is stabbing the drama cause there's really lame stuff on it that i kinda like for some reason. hahah

i'm mostly listening to my shit in alphabetical order right now. scrolling down the iPod making an massive playlist for a camping trip next month. Almost through Dropkick Murphy's right now. Gonna need some of that with my drinks. haha

I need to go through and make a new playlist. The metal one i have right now seems to cycle through shallow metalcore constantly.
Tomorrow i'm leaving for palm springs to stay at a 5 star resort with my buddy and 7 girls, 4 of which are models for the huge price of $20. Ahhh, it's going to be a good weekend.

I heard that it gets pretty boring when you stay at a 5 star resort in palm springs with 4 models.

Yeah it's gonna suck. Especially when they break out the baby oil and get in a pillow fight. That's gonna be the worst. And my camera will present. Damn...the worst.

I feel so bad for you. I will be in NYC this weekend with my girlfriend playing tourist. I heard there was a monster movie that took place in NYC recently.

Really? It probably sucked. They usually do.
That actually sounds like a pretty legit weekend too. I'm hoping this goes through...so far it sounds too good to be true.

Read that out loud...way too much of the sound "ooo" for my comfort.

The word OTEPH reminded me of a story. A few years back, before my girlfriend was my girlfriend, I went to see the band OTEP (not OTEPH) with her. The lead singer is a chick, and she kept on talking about how metal and shit she was in between their songs. There was this dude in the crowd that kept screaming "show your tits" and other gems like that. What did little Miss OTEP do when she had enough of it? She was so metal, that she screamed for security to kick the kid out. That's fucking hardcore. That's what I call street cred.

Lame. Though I know Otep and they have some stuff I like, I don't how they perform live. I'm on the fence about that one. She's been doin what she's doin long enough to know there are gonna be some douchebags in the audience when there's a chick on stage, but on the other hand I can understand how the crowd can get to ya sometimes.

I was boo'ed off stage in high school once. Back then there was really no sympathy for playing metal when all everyone wanted to here was Blink 182. And ya, it feels crappy, but that was high school, she's supposed to be professional. So I'm conflicted. Not very metal at all. On the records she growls like a bear though.

I'm sure Angela from Arch Enemy would invite that guy on stage to rip out his spine.

Listening to: Company Band - Spellbinder

I saw otep at ozzfest '04...one of the worst live bands ever. They performed fine, but she bitched about bush in between songs. Not for 30-45 seconds...but for 5-10 minutes in between songs. I'm not here for a fucking anti-war rally, i'm here to see some heavy fucking metal! Luckily, hatebreed was on after that and said "i don't give a shit if you are for or against the war, let's support our fucking troops and shut your mouth about shit you didn't know." Thank you mr. jasta for shoving her political stance up her loose poon.

And yes arch enemy>>>>>>>>>>>>otep.

I disagree with both of them. I'm SURE she's fully and completely up her own ass in her beliefs. Half of their albums are just creepy noises while she rambles on ENDLESSLY. I always end up skipping half the cd cause I'll like one tune then by the time the next one comes it's all "*creeeeeek* why did daddy touch me there? *drip drip* i hate my life".

But Jamey from Hatebreed sounds like a big dumb knucklehead sometimes. So I dunno. Don't know how much I like either of those bands anymore. Hatebreed bores the crap outa me now. Weird cause I used to really like em.

Listening to: Foo Fighters - Enough Space
