Maybe a little hint how to cheat on this blindfolded statue mission:
Quote:
jasper 8:28 I've been wondering how to counter the blindfolded statues

Eli Hunt (thelostgamesSPLATgooglemail.com) 8:29 Oh, yes
Drawing labyrinths nearby I would suspect
Perhaps with instructions for a personal labyrinth chalked next to it
If random passersby complete personal labyrinths, that should surely counteract other Theo operations

I haven't seen mention of this...I love Larissa's desynch mission! I'm also surprised she didn't get messy!

I think I have a partner for you (someone I'd contacted about possibly being partners before I got a reply back from my current partner). I'll send you a pm.

News from James!!!
Quote:

Dear Theo UnInitiates,

Great news. As of yesterday I have finally reached the threshold of 27
UnInitiates whom I have brought into The Opposition. I submitted my
report last night. This morning I found out that I have received the
promotion which we have been working towards. As part of my promotion,
I will be given access to the voicemail box which Theo members use to
report in. I should have that information later this week...who knows
what will be in there, but I'm sure something in there will help us out.

Beyond that, I've been given more information about where Theo's network
is stationed around the globe. The network seems to be much larger than
I originally thought from the maps I had. I can tell you now that the
following cities have Theo Organizations established:
Shenzhen, China
Brisbane, Australia
Tel Aviv, Israel
Kyoto, Japan
Tokyo, Japan
Copenhagen, Denmark
Tampere, Finland
Lisbon, Portugal
Barcelona, Spain
Leeds, UK
Montreal, Canada
Chicago, USA
An Arbor, USA
Portland, USA
Austin, USA
Honolulu, USA
Brasilia, Brazil
Caracas, Venezuela

If we have any agents willing to add to our omph strength by building a
city laybrinth in these areas, *have them contact Kai immediately for a
trackstick* (kaitownSPLATgmail.com).

I hope this is useful information for you all. I'll get back to you
later this week when I've found out what's on the answering machine.

Sincerely,
James Mutters

I am so out of the loop these past weeks... first none of the main city labyrinths are near me, so I've had very little interest in following the progress of those threads, and now there are a bunch of Theo labyrinths in different cities.. again something that I have no interest in....

Game's been at a real low point for me for several weeks now.. hopefully something in the future will pique my interest and input...

[META] Well, I guess Munich only had the honour of being on the first list of omphalabyrinth cities because we had submitted detailed design proposals before the James ambush ...

How about helping to recruit possible labyrinth runners for the cities on the list? I know it's not nearly as much fun as running a labyrinth oneself, but at least this would give you something meaningful to do so you don't feel too isolated ...

I just uploaded my proof for the Uninitiation Mission.

It was 97°F that day (6/20), which is EXTREMELY rare for San Francisco, especially in this part of the city. Yesterday (6/23) the high was 48°F in my neighborhood, so yeah.

What you see are the only two takes I got. It was very crowded and I had to wait for an opportunity to present itself, which it finally did, but only for about a minute and a half. My "Ta da!" is mere seconds away from another swarm of people invading the space.

You could make an omphalabyrinth in the biggest city near you. As my recent e-mail exchange with Eli Hunt showed, you can build an omphalabyrinth in just about any city you want to, even if it's not on "The Official List".

I'm currently working on one in Rennes (France) and i already got a trackstick for it.
