Posted this, then registered, hi everybody.

Text on the picture says:

"And this man

Is now become a god, and Cassius is

A wretched creature and must bend his body

If Caesar but nod on him"

This is a monologue from Cassius in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar, but is misquoted- The actual monologue says "If Caesar carelessly but nod on him"

Another note- The image displays on the webpage at the size of 300 x 225, but when saved and opened in Photoshop, the image is actually 300 x 283. This did not happen with the first image.

Another note- The picture of the policeman appears to have an equals sign in the top left corner.

Thanks for the heads up, Albrot. And, welcome (not like I've been around much longer than you have....)

Interesting, too - note the filename of this picture: 00000100.jpg. The first one, of course, was 00000001.jpg. Hope they're not feeding us Binary, one at a time.....

Hm, Caeser putting up a picture with a quote from Shakespeare's Julius Caesar? Is there an Act 1, Scene 51 (wouldn't think so, but I have to ask).

So the missing word is "carelessly"? (A bit careless Very Happy )

which contains the right letters to make up "eye" or "see" but not both.

Curiouser and Curiouser.

Oh and the "Et Tu?" is probably the most famous line and are the first words from Act 3 Scene 1 (Spoken by Caesar just before he croaks)

"Et tu, Brute! Then fall, Caesar"

Yeah, and that can only mean one thing, to me - Aquapolis! Or, at least, something to do with the sea theme.

Edit: Hm, someone on the comments at Paintover.net also just pointed out that they could be sea urchin skeletons, which take on a sort of bleached white look when they die and lose their spines.... Hm, back to the skeleton theme??

Nicely spotted.

I'm having trouble seperating layers here is that a bear or a Rabbit? Is there an ashtray? How many layers has this one got?

Since there was the big deal with Red and highlighted text on the last picture (though nothing's come of it yet) I wondered about the significance of the layout of the quote.

The text is Red.

The First line "And this man" need not be on its own, but on its own just happens to feed into the picture of the (British) PoliceMan. Is it implying that the two are connected?

And what's the deal with the blue line on the right (Behind P), the blue curve further up and the dodgy outline 'round the top of the card file.

Aaaargh, Too much Info. Mad

Whoa! Didn't realize what someone up above was talking about when s/he mentioned an open-file icon.... Now I see it, sort of just jumped out at me after Albrot's comment about layers. Could it mean this is a stegged image? Telling us, hey, there's a file in here? Haven't found a password yet, don't have the file that's supposed to tell you whether or not it's stegged in the first place.

Also, it almost looks like lips in the picture of the bobby - in the upper left corner, blue lips.... Nothing on the card between F + G, either, for me.

piece of card

I think a main thing is the piece of card between the G and F.. maybe highlighting G ?
The organe thing above the head looks like an rectangle broken into a zigzag.. maybe a broken icon of some sort ?

Lips, yeah I can see that. At first I thought it was the Superman Logo, and up close it looks like the cartoon reresentation of a diamond (which I suppose is the same thing really)

But its that shape in the middle that's bugging me most.

It looks like a raised square with a depressed circle in it. But the more I look the more it seems to feed behind the card file and diaganoally up. Is this where you're seeing the open file icon?

And if so, any ideas why a circle in the middle - which just happens to fit around the Police Man.

It's definitely some relief that the urchins are overlayed onto.

I'll bee seeing urchins in my sleep Laughing

Yes, that's what we think is the open file icon. Come to think of it, though, it doesn't look like a Windows file icon - maybe a Mac one?

OK, wait.... there's also something that's poking down and to the right, making it look less like an open file icon. Hrm.

Sidenote - Just something for the pot.

British Police (Sometimes called Bobbies, Coppers or Plod) were originally called Peelers, after Robert Peel (I think) the guy who started it all.

Are we meant to peel back layers?

---

I've just had the wierdest sensation of Deja-vu, like I've seen like this before - the composition of the picture is strangely familiar.

Oh and a thought on Stegging (Open File Icon with a hole in, which contains the plod), though the dimensions of this picture are larger, the file size is about half the size of the last image.

I think we need to start thinking about Ceaser Cipher. I think it's the logical place to go with PaintOver.net. It's the user name...

The photo is saying a lot, much of it we don't know yet. But, those are sea urchins and it has something to do with the Aquapolis. Any ideas on bringing Ceaser Cipher and Steganalysis to Aquapolis?

Any ideas? I am stumped...
