Underscore Hosting exposes frauds *cough* www.underslept.com

UPDATE: We have been experiencing extremely high traffic over the last several days and we believe this to be due in part to malicious and unapproved branding of non-affiliate sites with the Underscore Hosting logo. This unauthorized use of our trademark symbol causes unnecessary traffic, blocks our legitimate affiliates' access to their accounts and in some cases has caused affiliate payments to be misapplied.

Effective immediately, and continuing until such time as we are accepting new members, we are issuing site-specific USH Affiliate Plan logos to our member sites.

You can identify an authentic Underscore Hosting Affiliate logo by checking the Properties of the logo image (usually by right-clicking on it). The "Address (URL)" of the image will be located on our servers and include that site's domain name.

For example, if John Smith is an approved affiliate, the properties link would look something like this:

http://www.underscorehosting.com/affiliates/logos/johnsmith.com/ush.jpg

If you have an active USH affiliate account with us, you should have already received your new image link via e-mail. Please apply this new code as soon as possible.
