Spoiler (Rollover to View):
There is no real logic to this poor old puzzle, maybe concentrate on the six letter word as it has some relavence to the journel.
So the groupings are important, thought about railfence cipher, but that don't work. Did you spot Arthur's sword in the letters?

in the puzzle, or in the book? not sure where you mean? there's a few sword refs.

Got it now, thanks AP. Got all the line paper ones. Has anyone solved the Zodiac, Phaistos or Globe?
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The Globe puzzle contains the name of the Bank, but what do the other letters spell, if it is a large anagram! Coincidence?

The Zodiac puzzle is an almost identical replica of the publicised zodiac letter with no obvious differences.
The Globe puzzle appears to have some relevant words but would be a huge anagram.
The Phaistos puzzle is also the same as the original unless I'm missing something.
For page 181 of the journal
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Using AcreAcre as a key the first few letters spell Church but the rest make no sense!

Not looked at it much yet I was assuming
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Arthur
was in the key somewhere due to the other clue though..
Just solved 185 though, it's quite a nice one.
Going to start looking at the code that's used throughout the book I think.

I think the key for page 181 has what looks like a spelling mistake, as already suggested.
I sent an email to PJT to see when the login will work again.

Yes, the console allows you to check your answers and it is working still.

Woah! Just found this because I was kinda missing puzzle ARGs like Studio Cypher... I'm catching up on the puzzles, but I did see the email about removing the subscription business... a few questions:
1. Has the console become available to regular users?
2. Do you need the book to solve any of the lined paper puzzles?
3. What's Rachel's email address?
This is going to be fun

Hi Dav
1. Not yet, just pinged an email off to PJT to see when
2. Nope (although none of us have cracked 15 yet...)
3. Dunno, is it on here maybe : http://rachelrichleau.blogspot.com/
trebor, I've got the book, as I was a winner in one of their previous games, but don't have access to the console yet. If you want to PM your answer to 4 and I'll let you know where you're going wrong (hopefully)

Has anyone managed page 134 or 149 yet ? I thought 134 might be Vigenere but haven't come up with anything yet. Glad to see you got 7 in the end Alisdair (thanks for the reciprocal hint for 4 - got there in the end). Is the Globe puzzle just an anagram ? It's one big anagram if so.
