not tried 134, for 149 all I've got is they are all
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
upside down star signs
the phrase at the top must be a clue, but got nothing from it yet.

For the Globe I think it must either be a big anagram or it's a cryptic clue, but who knows... Googling "fourth proof" throws up stuff about Thomas Aquinas five proofs of God but I think that would be the wrong time period.

Hi,
Thanks Alisdair, I managed to work out 4 from the hints suggested in the thread here. I bought the book and was able to use the console from day one as I was upgraded at the same time. I assume the console will be opened up to all others soon as they are making it free to enter with the book in electronic format.

Would be great to brain storm study 15.

Code of Fordebridge Bank -

Yeah the PJT have said they're hoping to make the console available for everyone at the end of this week.

That seems extremely possible for 15 but maybe
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Bank of Fordebridge code
makes more sense?

BTW Just noticed he sheild on the first page is different from the Fordebridge one, and with a diff motto - must be Richleau's NVM it's the University Shield

EDIT: Knew I'd seen something about the bank
Quote:
Private Bank of Fordebridge

While Fordebridge contains branches of most major high street banks, it also houses the Private Bank of Fordebridge, which also has branches in Geneva, New York and Istanbul. The Bank is reputed to have been founded by the Knights Templar and dates back to the foundation of the University and holds the most valuable artifacts. The bank allows for 24-hour fully-automated access to anonymous accounts.

EDIT 2: Damn there's a lot of Os in the second half

Yes, I'd spotted that bit too. And no S's. In the book it mentioned something about a safety deposit box?

Acre puzzle on P181 of Journal

Rachel mentions a poem from her Father in her blog about the "Third Part of Journal" see http://www.professorsjournal.com/blog/

"A city remains enlightened, A city remains, A city remains enlightened, A city remains enthralled"

Take the first letters of each word and you get acreacracreacre

then add acre again and you get acreacracreacreacre. This is a key to a vignere cipher. Put in the string of letters on p181 and you get the answer.

Won't spoil the answer for you Wink

Anybody here still working on this one? I've been plugging away, but have yet to find all the codes... or more accurately how to A solve them or B put them together to have resonance. It seems that the professorsjournal site is getting more active, so I am trying to resurrect some interest here.

Anyone have a theory why the
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
zodiac signs are upside down on page 149? Does it mean we turn the page over to decode...? And if so, how?

Also, what does the title of page 149 mean?

I've been thinking that Trust means
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
National Trust
and that Slaughter could refer to
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Lower Slaughter

This has lead me to all kinds of mindless mental wandering with crosiers and such as the paths to take...

The manuscript has come now and it totally does nothing for my clarity...
