I've been bad about answering emails as it is.

We'll see how this all pans out. I'll know better today or tomorrow, but I'm just warning everyone in case I have to hit the big cosmic "PAUSE" button for a few days.

On the morning of the 11th of June there was a major fire at the BlueGenics Research Institute's main laboratory, the Isis Building, which consumed most of the building's laboratory and office space. We are currently playing this off publicly as a laboratory accident, but it was clearly an act of arson.

We believe there were two primary targets:

1) The current staff at the location, specifically Christopher Rybeck and other key personnel who were in the facility at the time, most of which escaped unharmed. It appears that the fire was started near the offices of Mr. Rybeck. One employee, Laine Thompson, is currently in critical but stable condition at a local hospital.

2) Our BeaconStar project, its primary laboratory and all research materials. The fire damage has set us back considerably, destroying years worth of cultivated specimens and research. At this time we cannot even tell if any of the research materials are missing.

The actual ignition source is not yet known, but several unidentified individuals were recorded with surveillance cameras before, during and after the incident, but due to the ensuing chaos of the fire and the subsequent evacuation these individuals were not identified and apprehended.

We have reason to believe that this fire was deliberately set by our opposing faction, and are now not only taking steps to ensure that this does not happen again. Furthermore, those responsible will be found and dealt with accordingly.

We ask all of you, Society members and prospective Lightbringers, to stay strong and with the light in this trying time. Together we can keep the light shining strong and drive back the dark to whence they came.

If there is any information you can provide us in relation to this incident, please notify us immediately.

 		I just sent an email to Jaana suggesting that since the Umbrati were no longer interested in Jada that she might do some recruiting. We'll see what happens. More to the point I think Jada and Jessica ought to be put together, but I'm not sure how to do it. Ideas?

I signed up for the Light side a few weeks ago (when I was just learning about all this stuff) but never got any notification from anyone. I was drifting through all the forums and topics today and keep seeing references to active type stuff.

So where do I go to catch up - the bol/sid wiki? Where do I go on the forum to keep up/post?

Confused I'm lost!!

 		I feel like, super uber bad. I read over and over and over and over and over and over and over the wiki and i just dont get the plot yet- jessica, whos that? whats up with this patrick dude and a 'fatal' plane crash?! i dont get it... why cant we get some psg-1s and mp5s and blow up the umbrati?! or are they even are enemies? Embarassed
