Lol to the redct. I played a viola piece on cello once, was pretty hard to pull off even an octave down (Max Bruch's Romance for Voila Viola and Orchestra)

@redct -Who doesn't? I makes a very pretty sound! So much so that you would want to shout it's name after discovering something! Ok, fine...edited...

As for the church picture, I looked for WWII bombed churches and didn't find it. Maybe WWI?

What about this one?

After finding my answer through randomness and backtracking it came to 1895 for me. But we know some of the year's are off so that's not exact I'm sure.

still stuck....I've got
1791 + 1927 + 1975 + 1957 = 7650
1937 + 1912 + 1980 + 1971 = 7800
which should give me -150, but I've tried -200 thru 108 and got nowhere

EDIT: these pics...

Have you tried "brute forcing" it Amras? ie just entering numbers until you get the answer?

Yeah I got bored too, so I'm just firing a note off to the Umbrati pointing out their trial is broked.

EDIT: Or I will send the note once I know what the top right pic is of? The one of the cenotaph like thing

alright, i just finished both the research trials. the first one was hard, since my final answer was not what i estimated it to be.

the worst was that i thought it was -77, and instead of first going farther down to -80, i went all the way up to 0 and then finally down from -77, haha

thanks to everyone for their help, especially for the solvay conference stuff!
