There's a new text file at http://www.nyxtel.net/Moon/ShadowWatch/:
Quote:
K009: I have good news and bad news.
A005: What now?
K009: Good news is that the four GMS communications firewalls are down.
A005: Congratulations! What's the bad news.
K009: I didn't do it.
A005: I hardly call that bad news, but who did?
K009: Don't know.
A005: That is bad news. Find out who. I don't think the goody-goodies are capable of doing that.
K009: I agree. I'll see if I can find out anything.
A005: Make sure we're not next, OK?
K009: Way ahead of you.
***END OF LINE***
The Moonlight Gateway puzzle seems to have changed, I'll see what happens if I go through it again.

Another note in the source
There is also this note from CO in the source on that page:
Code:
You must traverse the path once again to find that which you seek.
- C.O.
And the moon puzzle has definitely changed.
EDITED to include the actual message

Well that was my first thought... these looks for me like coordinates. But I could be wrong like so many times in the past lol

Nice catch. From this page , check out the "RA: h m" and "DEC: d m" columns, we get our number pairs. In order, we get...
Equuleus
Camelopardalis
Boötes
Microscopium
Pictor
Octans
Draco [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draco_(constellation)]
Caelum
Puppis
Leo [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leo_(constellation)]
Sagitta
Volans
Triangulum
Ursa Major
(apparently the forums don't like brackets in a URL, so I had to separate those two, sorry)

Using each constellation as a Vigenere key for each line:
Quote:
ttsstttttt
wheewhii
eiqkaiehwn
nreeteeeee
ttnnieesss
yyttmtpabc
sseyeilmpi
ieefsmuils
lppzvaghwl
xuuyqwwktr
iniribesfs
miminivtow
gsesusewue
sasbscnorr
Parts of this look promising, so perhaps we need a similar method of decoding to get something coherent.

Cool - I see 'twenty' and 'thirty' vertically in the first two columns so far.
ETA - recheck your answers as I'm getting some different that are making more sense.
line 3 - eivvorrmmm

I'm thinking that Twiler plugged Bootes into the decoder wrong. With the accent, it'd skip that character.
I redid the whole thing, just in case, and got...
Code:
ttsstttttt
wheewhhiii
eivvorrmmm
nreeteeeee
ttnnieesss
yyttmtpabc
sseyeilmpi
ieefsmuils
lppzvaghwl
xuuyqwwktr

That would give us 'vente' in the third column = 20 in Spanish
Or seven. D'oh!
I see L to R 20, 30, 7, 70, 2, 3, times 2, times 4, ???

twentysi(xt)im(e)s
thirtyse(ven)isa
seventee(nt)imes
seventyf(our)isb
twotimes(a)(m)inus
threetim(es)bisc
threeplu(sse)ven
timesamin(us)two
timesbpl(us)four
timescis(an)swer
