Gotcha. I wish there was a way we could know if we were even on the right track. I've tried every keyword I can think of, and I've read it in every direction. Still nothing. Back to the drawing board.

here's the RGB values translated to letters and written out in a long string (in case anyone wants to copy/paste it in to any sort of decripter, etc)

9) Monoalphabetic Cipher

I spent a good amount of time yesterday trying to do the substitution by hand, but it just wasn't working. ~~In which direction are you going with the letters? Did you go each dots full rgb value then the next then the next etc?~~ just saw your post up there with the string. Back to the cracking board it is...
