So Shad0 and I took a crack at translating this after the whole event had died down and while we were chilling at Ariock's car. We had access to only our brains and some flashcards that I just happened to have, so it wasn't exact. We didn't do a direct translation, but we did get the gist of it. Here's the executive summary as we got it:

The Promise.

The smallest details are the most important.

We know how to construct the circuits. We know where we must start to get home. We know how low the number of worlds must fall...

Also you should know that we prepared the final pages for our journey home. But we won't be able to put everything into the final pages before we leave. We don't know everything, and the final details that we learn before we go home we're going to put in the LOST RING (sirens going off).

FINAL LINE IS THIS:
We leave the lost ring for your finding. And when you find it, you will know the way.

I have no clue of exactly what it means.
