On page 2 I think it says "Panneaux r�clame," which translates literally to panels claims, but I think it actually means solar panel, but either way it doesn't seem to fit.

I'm intrigued by her sketch of the girl with the black balloon and found a song by The Goo Goo Dolls called "Black Balloon" that's about using a balloon to carry heroin or to tie off an arm to inject it. I think there may be a connection with Brody's clue about the deep being dark and cold to heroin use/withdrawal. I suspect his fascination with The Heroin Diaries has a personal meaning.

People use drugs as an escape all the time. Brody is more vulnerable than others.

I've personally listened to Black Balloon many many times and I can see how that would work with Brody.

on page 4 where it says "Sometimes how much we can read is dictated by us returning time and again" just makes me think we need to check this site over and over and see if there is anything new - also the other sites and brody's blog, etc. I know we are doing this and I hope some fresh eyes can shed some light on these ideas as well.

Good point Will, what I actually meant by "this site" was skgfilms.com. Not sure if that was clear. I am also wondering who the sketch on page 4 is of, next to the picture of coney island. Could that be Brody?

I could guess that it does look like Brody if I knew what he looked like.
