Sheridan Owen arises? new site? Whedonesque just posted the friendster page:
http://profiles.friendster.com/2832100
for our dear friend Sheridan Owen
EDIT: There doesn't seem to be much there except a few new pictures of the Dollhouse and other seemingly random pictures.
At least there is some activity...

Could be fan-made too; no real way to tell. FYI: honestas optima politia = honesty is the best policy.

I am not sure.
The pictures on the blog entry seem to be similar, but not the same, as the ones we've seen in trailers. I don't think someone can fake those that well.
Plus, Whedonesque linked it. I don't think they did the same for the MySpace pages, did they?

The fact that Whedonesque linked it doesn't really mean anything. Joss Whedon does post there sometimes, but it's not his official site, and any member can post a new link as long as it's relevant and hasn't been posted already.

Only because I didn't see this mentioned already; I suspect this has something to do with the hold:

I doubt it. The pilot re-shoot came well after new developments had begun

I find it slightly suspect that the Kimi user in his friends section last logged in 2 weeks ago...but it's interesting that the profile was created in 2003. My net-fu is weak, is it possible to actually back-date a journal creation?

Yeah, actually it is. I do not have a blog, but it is possible to backdate posts, at least in Blogger.

Man, I hope this one gets rolling soon. I've been dying to dive into an ARG and a Whedon-style thriller should not disappoint.
...if it ever get's started, that is.
Hope to be collaboratin' with you guys soon. (:

I find the assumption that the site(s) launched earlier than expected a little odd, considering the game started with a targeted email.

All sites appear to be down. I just tried to access http://www.adelledewitt.com/ and http://findkimi.com/ and they both appear down and receiving DNS errors. I wonder if this means that something is finally going to happen or if they have just pulled the plug on this one.

I wish that I could share in your optimism. However I am hoping that this means that the key creative geniuses have been putting their energy into making a fantastic show.

Both sites are set to expire in very early March. I'm unfortunately guessing that they're not going to renew. Certainly not with the show airing in 13 days. Unless they decide to go the Lost and Heroes route with some extended reality.
I sadly remove "Dollhouse" from my signature's "waiting for" list.
