Looking for people that attended either Sabotage try-out
Class action lawsuit

Hi,
I know it's been nearly two years since the whole mess known as Sabotage, but I haven't been able to let go of what happened. Immediately after the MO try outs I spoke to three different lawyers and they all said that there is a potential Class Action lawsuit against Bergs LLC. But, trying to find anyone else that was there was impossible as part of the "game" was not to give out any personal information. All I had was code names and photos of people.

I have no doubt this was a scam and have been in touch with the Better Business Bureau. They want to hear from other people. So if you went to either of the Sabotage try outs contact me and/or the BBB. Or if you know someone that went let them know about this.

sabotage scam

I thought you had one year from the date of incident. That would make it April 2008 since the last letter was dated April 2007 stating 'DO NOT CONTACT US, WE WILL CONTACT YOU".
And yes it WAS A SCAM!.. The hotel charged a lady $99.. per night as I was standing there. Leland charged us $240!! Some group rate!
Plus all the 'other' crap and charges. Guess we were Sabotaged!!
