Yeah I got the swf. I can't make heads or tails of what I'm seeing. I tried to access the server on that disney is hosting it on, but as I figured, no luck.

At least I'm assuming that http://wdig.vo.llnwd.net/d1/mktg/OGR/OGR_01.swf that is just the host server.

Yeah it takes a lot of getting use to to make any sense of it.

Looks like it is just a host site.

http://www.limelightnetworks.com/

They're a content delivery service. They provide the video streaming.

Looks like I need to see if I can arrange a visit to one of our clients in San Diego this summer...

I think you will have to fly a "college" down from Canada too. Wink

Thank you guys so much for posting this. I live in Afghanistan and I rely on iTunes to watch LOST (i.e. no commercials). I missed out on TLE so I'm super-stoked to be in on this one.

I'm guessing things will be slow until ComicCon? Wish I could be there for that!

Also,

On the video, when the list of positions shows on the screen, if you read the first letter of every position starting from the bottom going up it reads:

dharmainitiativeeabejnchdbebmpzppm

Ok so is that just a random string of lettors on the end of the dharma initiative part? Can anyone make anything out of eabejnchdbebmpzppm? Im not getting anything at the moment. Not enough vowels.

(1) If this is a new game, it will BEGIN at Comic-Con, hence the language about the recruitment drive "commencing" in San Diego in July.

As Nighthawk has pointed out with the encryption behind the website, I would think it far more likely that its going to start opening up infront of our eyes very soon rather than waiting for the commencement of the drive. For one we have to start getting an inkling of the evil plans that are in store for those who are recruited.

No idea how I missed this while watching last night, so thanks for posting. All signed up and ready. Hopefully it's better than last season's "game".

I am so in for this. As soon as I saw the commercial, I was like, w00t, new LOST ARG! Even my grandma thought the commercial was suspicious. Very Happy

Too bad I can't make it to comicon though, I wanna go to the island... Razz

Man... just when I was starting to think that I could get away with NOT going to ComicCon this year... and *this* happens Very Happy

Kicking myself for not buying tix at the end of last year's 'Con when I could have bought them for $50, instead of the $75 they are now...

Considering I have never seen a single episode of Lost, someone's gonna have to hold my hand.
