You went way beyond optimism into down right flamming. And that wasn't the first time that i was attacked by you. I was there during the entire 815 event, and you could check the thread on here for all the errors we went through. I was hoping for a good game too, but Hoodlum seems to not be able to provide one. They are producing a game for a highly popular show and they still don't realize that they need more servers to accommodate the traffic? They are good at producing something pleasing to the eye, but what good is that if no one can use it? If you disagree, fine. But don't go overboard and start attacking someone because they might just know something. Your sarcasm is just a bit too biting some times, you know? Let's just try to work together from now on, alright?

So tonight I retook the test, and tried to re-register (after checking first to see if my previous login would work -- nope). It told me that the email I was using was already registered. Hrm. So I tried another email -- and it told me *that* one was already registered too. That's impossible because it's an email that I only rarely use.

Did you try logging in using the name and password you entered earlier? It may look like it's failed but actually gone through. I tried registering earlier this morning and the site hung at the last login screen so I assumed it had failed and left, leaving the page open. When I tried again later it said my name was taken so I tried logging in with my earlier info and it worked.

Unfortunately, they don't seem up to handling the traffic at all.

Re the "bluetooth" vid with the one German sentence: hearing a two syllabic word instead of two words with x1 threw me off. So I found this little tool...

which converts and can also translate a piece of text into audible speech in quite a few languages(visibly spoken by avatars). Reckon it's useful any time we get audible clues and need to verify. LINK HERE

And,Yaha, the DWY site remains glitchy but manageable in low(land) traffic hours.

Whatever is going on, I don't think the company behind this is up to the task.

I hearby demand an apology from eveyone who said i was "wrong" about Hoodlum. I said that exact same thing like two days ago. Find 815 was the same exact way. The website was extremely glitchy and it couldn't stay online due to heavy traffic. Hoodlum/ABC still have not learned from their past mistakes, save for them protecting their data from cheaters.

Um, I'm quite sure that it wasn't necessary to literally blow my words out of proportion in order to soothe your hurt ego.

Anyway, I still can't get the login (old or new) to work. Probably for the best....

I wonder what happened here, I had been getting updates e-mailed to me and then they stopped yesterday, after the earthquake, I didn't change anything.

"There's a couple of language lines in there, both French and German. The best translations I've seen are, for the French, "à voyager à grande vitesse sur de longues distances" meaning "to travel far away at high-speed" and "... d'obligation sociale en priorité sur la sécurité personnelle" meaning "of social obligation in priority on personal safety". Note this will tie in with Icelandic translations which I'll mention in a few. As for the German, ToastPsycho on the YouTube comments section had: "...doch dabei Schwankungen im Raum-Zeit-Kontinuum..." meaning "...but thereby variations in the spacetime continuum..."Let us know if you've got conflicting translations."

Does anyone know if what Lostpedia got is accurate?

dposse, reckon what Lostpedia has is accurate. Did check it with that tool I mentioned which I'm hoping will prove useful for us all in the future.

I kept getting hung up, and got the message that my user name was already taken. However i signed in with said user name and turns out it was taken by me. even though it hung up (repeatedly) I did land my user name and finally got into the site. I think its just a top viral. people that do not normally play these games have played them because it is LOST. In fact its how I found out about them. I am very sure any site problems will be taken care of.

Getting registered

If you don't get a card code automatically it appears that registration won't work.

As an FYI, I got right through, nice and speedy, right now.

If you're one of the many that are having problems, don't worry, nothing has started there yet, so you're not behind yet.

HI & breakingpointpanel

hi everybody! I'm so happy to participate in this, I hope it will be great.
By now I experienced no problems with the site. And my card number (got today) is [edit] 8450*5*****[/edit], in case it helps... it seems that all numbers start with 84, but they don't look progressive.
I tried to get all the news, read last 10 pages on the forum and some of lostpedia, and I found that blogspot who should be from DuaneIsInsane, http://www.breakingpointpannel.blogspot.com/ . What do we know about that? and what does that entry on November 2004 means? I tend to consider the charachter in game, but it's true, as someone here said, that he is referring to charachters IG and no one is referring to him.

On lostpedia, they said DuaneIsInsane is most likely a leaker, rather than an actual player, although it's yet to be proven. There's an interesting cryptic message in the source code for that blog you have up. Something about meeting Dan at the second Ad, most likely referring to Google Ads.

yes, I saw it... but the second google Ad is just something about Grand Prix in Valencia... Question

Walter Henry Medhurst was a church missionary to China. Doesn't Buddhism have strong ties to Lost?
