The monitor flashes in the above video...I noticed that when it first was posted. This must be a reception area and the TV is probably a company promo....the flashing is probably an attention signal.It appears single line messages appear.

Oh yes safari doesn't do alot of things time to time....thumbs down on that.

 		I'm pretty sure that what you see on the monitor is the same as you see on the monitor at the beginning of this video. It's like a holomove screen saver. You can also see the light from the windows reflecting in it which causes it to act somewhat like a mirror.:

That's just a company information blurb thing that plays in the reception area. Been there the whole time.
