 		Our alien friend replied to my reply! I asked her about her planet, and this is what I got.

Generally, birds don't grow as big as humans. Some do, but not many. However, we do have vaguely bird-like animals called Velociraptors. They're really scary, and really dangerous. Most people think they went extinct years ago, but... Better safe than sorry, ne?

As for bird people... Not that I can think of, no. There are things called "Angels," but they're more religious figures than anything else. Nobody's seen a real one.

I'm still not sure how we're supposed to help. It seems like she's not particularly happy about how their government runs. Otherwise, she's just asking pretty random questions. Birds, video games, the internet... What is she getting at? Or maybe she's just asking anything that goes off her mind, like how an ET would.
