 		Yeah, this ticks me off. Come on Microsoft, really. Gears of War 2 is just Gears 1.5, so why show new footage, just to appease the 60 fanboys that still play Gears of War Rolling Eyes Sure, it's an ok game, but a new Bungie project would steal the show.

If you read the update that the OP put up, you can actually see changed text, by the three squares, on the RebootHomePage4, saying Death Angel in 733T. Bungie could be giving us a clue that should have been given at E3 Shocked

As much as I love gears, your probably right. But then again, halo 3 was halo 2.1 lol.

 		Gears has nothing to do with it, The reason why they didn't do it, Because MS Wanted to do at a different event, Not at E3, GOW2 Have nothing to do with why it wasn't told. MS wanted to be dicks and not have them tell until later.

 		i guess they wanted to protect us from mind explosions...seeing FF XIII on the 360 and a unique Bungie event. people would cook off like m80's.

Well, if they didn't want us to explode, they certainly went about the wrong way of doing it. Evil or Very Mad Just one more notch in the "MS is a greedy pack of idiots belt." You would think that other companies / groups would stop working with them and find better backers.

They've already said that they're going to have some Recon battles, but you think they could finally show us what they were planning to yesterday?

I think that if MS was the publisher of Bungie's new game, then they probably pulled the announcement for E3 reasons. You see, Microsoft was holding that sweet Bungie announcement in reserve, waiting to see what Sony and Nintendo were going to show. Then they'd pull it out on Wednesday and completely trump the show. But as you may recall, Sony and Nintendo had next to nothing to show, so MS pulled the announcement for another time. Though with the hard reaction from the Bungie community, they just might reconsider.

Some more shady type transmissions on Bungie's website. This one, though, seems to be the transcript of a battle transmission, and there's no trace of the superintendent.

Bungie now teases us with a countdown. As of now, 11 hours left.
