Development times

Hello again everyone! Okay today I was just wondering if fellow PMs might do me a favor and let me know, how long development took on your ARG, and how long the game ran. I dont care if the game was long or short, big or small, I just wanna get an idea as to how long other people take to develop their ARGs and such. This is merely out of cusiosity, i'm NOT asking how long an ARG should take to develop, just how long people have taken to develop their ARGs.
And does any other PM get the feeling that nothing is getting accomplished at times, but when you look at how far you came, you are blown away by how much you have actually pulled off? Anyway...

9 months, starting in a month.

My first game was...oh 3 hours...and lasted about 3 months and it amazed me how much my partner and I were able to pull off.

Looking Glass Laboratories:

Total pre-game development time: About ten days, on and off. I have to admit: a lot of the development occurred DURING the game (the "four trials" were conceived and created two days before they appeared). The Rubik's Cube puzzle took three days alone to plan and create because I didn't physically have a Rubik's Cube to do it.

Total run time: Just under nine days.

The hardest part is that sometimes, regretably, that which you work on the most becomes the most unappreciated thing in the game. I was actually quite proud and spent a good amount of time on the "National Inquisitor" magazine cover, and it was promptly ignored pretty much by everyone.

For obvious reasons, I can't disclose anything about the current project.
