I think the site may be having some difficulties, I get PCBD errors etc. for the whole site.

Yeah, sometimes the links just don't work, they fix after a few minutes.

Passed missions 2, does that mean I have to wait a week for the next one? This pdf is boring.

 		Indeed, they need to make these missions harder. I was really surprised they made the codes as obvious as they did. As far as the pdf goes it looks like it's rubbish.

I tried to play a bit around with it in gimp but it didnt show up anything.

I doubt it's stegged. I think most people look for files over 300K. this one is only 29K. But I could be wrong.
